Hotel Gorakh Haveli

Wish there was an option for zero stars, we went through a group tour, but the hotel was one of the worst from all the other rooms we stayed in the entire tour. The rooms were not at all clean. None of the rooms given to the entire group was clean. Bed sheets or pillowcases were not changed. Toilet was very very dirty. No jet spray in toilet still in old fashioned style only one bucket and mug for both bath and toilet. Entire building stinking like toilet. Very dusty in every possible corner. Any healthy person will fall sick if they stay here for even few hours. When told the hotel manager that the rooms were dirty he kept arguing that the rooms very clean. But I am sure rooms were not cleaned for ages. Overall worst experience.

Only good thing about hotel is location. It located near to fort and you will get nice view of fort in the day and the night. But, service wise it's okay. You may find difficulty for getting hot water. Then no tea or breakfast till 9 am, intrestingly check out time is morning 9 am. Dinner and Breakfast area was not cleaned. Probably not ready to handle Xmas holidays crowd.

Owner Ganpat Singh Bhati is very good person. Helpful people stay nice hotels. Very good rooms and clean is good services. Very good restaurant with Fort view. Very nice like Home. Very very nice rooftop is very very good. Nice big balcony sleeping like three or 4% with balcony roof is very very good. I like it. I come with family also here to child.

Few good things about this hotel, Ganpat Singh ji who runs this hotel is a wonderful person, very very helpful, helped us even after checkout. Location is superb, located very nearer to the fort Sonar Kella. Room- Clean room, specious too, we got a room with extra bed arrangements on two big and wide windows. Bathroom- Clean, specious, with Hot and cold water supply. Lift- Available Parking- Available Food- Had breakfast in this hotel and that was very good Point for improvement- Though peoples are polite, still service could have been fast.

Ganpat Singh is a wonderful administrator of this hotel who is extremely careful to the customers. The price of the rooms is considerable. Very clean, soft bed. Amazing designer wall, lift facility, water supply, AC and non AC available. The manager is helping customers to visit Sam sand dunes, Kuldhara escape village at a very reasonable price. This hotel has standard car parking space for their guest's car or bus. Water quality is very nice and they have rooftop restaurant which is fast and tasty food server. We were very satisfied with this hotel. We strongly recommend this hotel for family and single tourist too.

The best place for hotel stay in Jaisalmer. Staff is much friendly & it feels home. Rooms are clean. Food is fantastic. All major places are at walking distance. Overall experience is excellent.

Very nice hoops, good rooms with the fourth view. Nice service looked up restaurant. And I swear nice. It's good for you. Good Foola established very good. We are 14 ladit. Yes. Mr. Gunpot is very good percent. It's a high school paper.

Nice room good view sweet room service is very good rooftop restaurant is very nice I love this place I require my friend also come here stay here this Gaurav haveli so many rooms like 51 rooms with room with view fort on rooftop with view old city with hot view Mr Ganpat Singh Bhati is very good person helpful people also all required for the desert place then I go to there and very comfortable I will I will with me my family enjoying their in the desert people are very friendly in there you are coming to in Jaisalmer your contact with a Gorakh valley he will explain you about you can go to the desert and very very I am very happy and I will recommend this place
