Excellent service by Mr Chagan. Lovely ambience, good food. Worth a visit. ||Our stay was truly unforgettable. The hotel's stunning architecture, reminiscent of a bygone era, transported us to a world of luxury and elegance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of local and international dishes.

The rooms were decent but felt cluttered with unnecessary furniture. Unfortunately, some useful furniture, like the wardrobe, had issues—the lock didn’t work properly and frequently blocked the exit door. Additionally, as our rooms were on the ground floor, the windows lacked adequate privacy, which could be addressed with better side curtains. The restaurant experience was a mix of highs and lows. Dinner was enjoyable, and the ambiance was good. However, breakfast was average. A particularly unpleasant incident occurred when we found a fly in the sambhar during breakfast. Although we reported it to the kitchen staff and mentioned it again at the reception during checkout, no action, compensation, or waiver was offered, which was disappointing.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Sairafort Jaiselmer. We stayed here for two nights. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast and the rooms are also decent and equipped with all the modern amenities. The staff is very polite and hospitable.|It was our anniversary and the general manager of the hotel was kind enough to sent the cake for us from his side as a surprise.|Major attractions of Jaiselmer are within the 3kms. It was indeed a Lovely stay.

I stayed here for a night and had a disappointing experience. Around 4 pm, I checked in with my family, but while we were in the room, a staff member entered using a different key. It turned out the same room had been allotted to other guests—a serious lapse in management. While the room and mattress were clean and comfortable, the bathroom fixtures (taps and showers) were leaking. Despite multiple requests, no one came to fix them. The food quality was below average compared to other places I visited during my Rajasthan trip. The soup was served lukewarm, and the paneer Manchurian starter we ordered was replaced with paneer balls. The Hakka noodles and breakfast were also disappointing. Overall, the service and facilities fell short of expectations for a 4-star property.

Unhygienic place. They had not even changed the linen when we checked in and when called that the room was sticking please change the comforter and pillows they assured us that once they changed the covers it will be fine. On questioning further the housekeeping guy told us that this was because the room was not cleaned and linen changed prior or checking in. This was ridiculous as we checked in at 7pm. They had more than enough time. Even the location is very far off. Also they said they have the best but no permit so can not serve alcohol funny. On the whole a very pathetic experience. Oh but they did say a small sorry when we were leaving as compensation.

We have a tendancy to take everything into consideration when we read certain things in the review portals including Tripadvisor! But it's very important to consult a couple of sources before making your decision. While the reviews have been hunky dory for this hotel - I was taken aback to find the difference during my stay in the hotel very recently.|The location is great, although it is outskirt - but the accessibility is good, you have ample parking space inside the hotel vicinity which is safe. The hotel has a stunning view externally - very nicely maintained property, and it looks very beautiful in the evening. The staff is friendly - although the night manager lacks the welcoming smile (may be due to his overnight duty), but all other hotel members are very welcoming and nice. |The hotel lacks interior finesse, it has a constant aroma of pesticide (atleast on my floor) - I think they use it to remove pests from the floor. The rooms need rennovation, the bathrooms are average, sometimes you'll find it filthy due to the lack of proper cleaning! The most disappointing part during my stay was the food! I didn't like the food at all!

I had a terrible experience at Sairafort room no 211. The furniture in the room was not fixed properly and ended up falling on my leg, causing severe swelling. When we called reception for help, their response was shockingly bad—they said they only had a band-aid and no proper medical kit. I had to spend the entire night in pain with no real assistance. This level of negligence and lack of basic medical preparedness is unacceptable for any hotel. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is stunning.....it was so magical experience for the service of AMRITA (on the reception) and DEYA RAM (in the restaurant) . |The room is very huge but i recommende to check the soap before to do not find empty box at the client. |Very good rose drink for welcoming.
