Om Heritage Haveli

We have booked the standard room for 2 days. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the old city so difficult to reach via cab, but auto can drop at the door. The rooms are below basic and average. They prepared the room for us but it was still dirty and untidy. We had to keep our shoes on while in the room. The air conditioner was also not cooling enough. The toilet seat also broke. Overall we had a bad experience with the room. The offered a similar room after we complained but that was also similar so we rejected the offer. The staff was good. Food was also below average. Dinner and breakfast was not good The only selling point is the view from roof. That was the only good part. I would suggest to opt for a better room in a better location, near mall for better comfort and experience.

I had a pleasant stay with my family at Om Heritage. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although they were a bit on the smaller side. The staff was exceptionally cordial and attentive, offering great hospitality throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious, although it did take a bit of time to be served, but the taste made it well worth the wait. The rooftop view was breathtaking and the location of the hotel is also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend Om Heritage to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming stay in Jodhpur.

Had a wonderful stay with my family at Om Heritage. The service ensured great hospitality throughout our visit. The rooftop view was breathtaking. The ambience will make you feel the essence of true Rajasthan as the hotel itself is a kind of Haveli with a collection of antiques. Special mention to Mr Ranveer Singh, very courteous, attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend Om Heritage to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming stay in Jodhpur.

This is a great hotel! The hosts are very kind and helpful. I’d recommend the price that includes the breakfast because it is a good one; great views of the fort and Jaswant Thada too. The rooms are a good size, but weren’t made up every day. I probably could have asked, but it wasn’t an issue. The location is in a very walkable spot for places like the Clock Tower, Mehrangarh Fort, and Jaswant Thada too!

I went last month all alone to Om heritage on my birthday from Bangalore, I must say-best ambience and service, felt so safe and secure, hotel is full under cctv servillence, no such a safe place one can find in the main city. If you want to experience the palace stay, i would recommend this is the best palace hotel in the jodhpur under your budget, all services are on top notch.. people are so generous that if u demand smthing extra they will try to arrange it for u just to make your special day extra special. The food is so delicious that one can find the authenticity of rajasthani culture also on demand restaurant is also available for Chinese and italian lovers. Highly recommend OM HERITAGE to everyone, go and experience the true rajasthani culture and make your trip memorable in your budget
