HOTEL RATAN VILAS

Amazing. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Rooms were spotless and spacious and well equipped. Service was more than excellent from Balveer and his team. The food was truly excellent and delicious. The pool was amazing to relax in. Set back from a busy street it is isolated from the town but well placed in it. Ambiance is amazing. We all agreed it was the best hotel on our road trip of India and perhaps ever. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Jodhpur this is it.

This hotel had very lovely rooms and we were lucky enough to have a pool facing one. The pool area was also very nice - very clean and comfy sunbeds. In the evening, the restaurant outside area and hotel looked beautiful with all the lights and candles. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the owner and his wife were both lovely. Food was excellent - very good value. Would highly recommend!

Only stayed one night here but it was a lovely calm oasis with a beautiful pool. Our room was very spacious with beautiful decor. The family still live in part of the building. |Staff were friendly and service was professional. We ate breakfast and our evening meal outside, the latter with live Indian music being played. It was also easy to walk from and explore some of the local area.

Great relaxed hotel, fab experience from the warm welcome, through to the time of leaving. ||We had a lovely and very spacious room. All very clean. Food quality and service was excellent.||A short distance from the main tourist area. Easy car drive to the fort, bazaar, etc.||Highly recommended.

Magnificent hotel. Spotless wherever you look. Beautiful grounds and pool area. We had one night in Jodhpur, which was not enough! We would have loved to stay at Ratan Vilas for another night. The service is outstanding and the breakfast varied, offering many options. Would recommend to any one visiting Jodhpur.

Great property combining the blend of tradition and modernity. This property is centrally located in Jodhpur it is well located for travel. This property is away from the main road and is an total oasis of peace and tranquility. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the one we had was the pool view and was very large and tastefully furnished. The pool water was clear and well maintained. The breakfast buffet and restaurant options were excellent and all the staff members were polite and professional. We had a really great stay and value. Excellent service by all the staff and also it was pleasure to have a brief chat with the family just before check out.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. The hotel is not especially geared towards families with small children (the crowd is mostly women in their 50s - 70s and retired couples - which I totally understand), but you will still feel welcome here and the facilities are sufficient to keep your kids entertained. The pool is really fantastic and everything is super well maintained. All the staff are super nice and do everything in their power to make your stay as good as possible. We didn’t enjoy Jodhpur as much as expected, but this was totally fine because we enjoyed this hotel to the max!!!

This was the best hotel that we stayed in on our 3 week trip to India. The service, attention to detail and quality of the grounds plus rooms was superb. A real treat coming in off the street to this oasis of calm, either by the pool or enjoying the tastefully decorated rooms or appreciating the food. Much better than hotels that have more stars!
