The only advantage it is very next to Railway station and convenient for passengers travelling by train early morning Negatives 1. No hot water in this hotel, they don't even provide hot water in a bucket even after requesting several times during cold winter mornings 2. Have to be reminded to clean room and matress changed 3.Station announcement noise all night since station is in 100 Meter 4. Room service pathetic and staff is rude

Good service and neat and clean atmosphere. I had long haul in Jodhpur railway station, so I decided to take a room in this hotel and I must say it was completely worth.

I think I had the worst experience at this hotel with such poor upkeep of the rooms and pathetic hospitality. A few staff members were even rude when asked for basic thing like water.

Rooms are good and spacious, just one thing that made me disappointed was the bedsheets, Kindly wash bedsheets everytime before allot room to anyone, except this everything was perfect, services are good. Location is very good. Plus they offer complimentary breakfast which is too very tasty

Really dirty rooms, there were cockroaches in the room. There was no hot water supply, the washroom locks were broken, the service staff was not helpful at all and extremely slow. Mr. Kapil from the staff was extremely rude. Not at all satisfactory for the amount paid for the rooms.

Stayed two nights , we took 2 rooms, overall good experience. Old property could be maintained better . The staff very helpful location good , except the railway announcements 😄
