Treebo Sonal Palace, Near Umaid Bhawan Palace

Rooms were good. But services were very bad. Not preferred to families. Bachelors are enjoying with loud music and hard drinks. Hotel staff is supplying to them eatables for drinks. People are roaming in gallery with vest and briefs. Hotel staff providing pranthad and puri in newspaper. Staff behaviour seems to be one star hotel staff behaviour. Staff is roaming here and there without considering guest priority. Always on mobile phone. Guests are using staircase and hotel staff is using lift with cleaning items. Even guest is waiting for lift. Mopping person will come and first go in lift with cleaning items. Complementary breakfast is also limited to two or three items only.

I had the best experience at reasonable price here. Hotel is good, room is clean and even staff is cooperative. Free breakfast is good and fulfilling. Overall good hotel to stay. Thank you

Rooms are newly built but the Cleanliness, Room Service ,Staff Kitchen , & Morning Breakfast , Linens and Locations etc are are Pathetic. Staff of the hotel have NO Manners and casually lying down on sofa near Reception. They don't even get up to offer water, rather ask the customer themselves to self serve from a cooler in kitchen. Bed Linens and towels are really bad , not even washed. Rooms have bad smell of moist. Entire staff has a laid back attitude. Its nearly 4-5 kms away from Railway station and based inside a residential Colony.

Worst experience. The hotel may be worth for 800/=. Room not clean. And the breakfast was horrible. We didn't have breakfast at all. That worst it was. Upma and poori was only there and the poori was served in newspaper!!! Security person was scrolling his phone when we entered and left, he didn't even know some guest came 🙄 We had to carry all the heavy bags to 3rd floor or so.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Please avoid this place. It is falsely advertised as a 3-star hotel, but in reality, it’s more like a guest house with very poor facilities. There was no proper electricity supply during my stay. The staff said the AC doesn’t work on their backup generator, which made the night extremely uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep at all, and I had important office work early in the morning. The breakfast was also a big letdown — no buffet, just 1-2 basic items. Overall, this place does not deserve a 3-star rating. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The location is very near to the airport,the rail station, staff is very polite and rooms are very clean , south Indian food is not available that is one small drawback but still I recommend this hotel,

Very bad experience in our life Security always with mobile phone and he didn’t know we are there Next Room boy like owner he didn’t take our luggage and also he didn’t open the room. Bathroom not clean We didn’t eat breakfast because Poori put it in the news paper Also no more breakfast there

This hotel is near the airport and on the main city due to this every place is nearby only. Room are good and service is also good. Needs to visit to visit again.
