Hotel Mansarovar

I stay here for 2 days. I did advanced bookings online. Once I reached I realised I got a bad deal. The price is higher than the room, location and service. Rooms are unhygienic and towels are not cleaned. Poor management. The ice cube and club soda was not also available.

Very bad experience and at the time of booking share another picture and when we reach another room very bad management not hygienic room not clean room AC is not working power Supply is down not warm water food not hygienic only cheat with gujrati and rent is very high like rent service is not good. I must say do not come to this hotel

Would have given negative rating if possible. The staff is arrogant and non-coperative no cleanliness, dirty washroom no facility of soap or hot water. Hot water only available from 7 am to 9 am rest of the time one gets icy cold water. No mosquito repellent in room too while there are large mosquitoes in the room. Don't ever travel with a child as they did not provide milk on time inspite of informing in advance for a glass of milk. Pricing is non transparent and those who can bargain can get discount. They don't accept anything other than cash.

Supporting staff with 24 hours service. Rooms are neat and clean. Food taste is moderate. Located in the centre of Abu.

This the complain to owner that we did not get good service neither hot water nor clean rooms neither fire camp wood was not available plz take this seriously helper were very good manager was not available plz take Property care
