Hotel Castle Rock Mount Abu by SAH

We had a truly memorable stay at Hotel Castle Rock, Mount Abu with our family, including our little one Atharv and our dog Rocky. The hotel has a calm and peaceful vibe, surrounded by nature — perfect for a relaxing getaway.||The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. What we really appreciated was how pet-friendly the hotel was — Rocky absolutely loved running around in the garden area!||Atharv had a great time too, especially enjoying the open spaces and the peaceful environment. The food was delicious and felt just like home — simple, fresh, and satisfying.||Overall, it was a beautiful family experience. If you’re looking for a quiet, family-friendly place in Mount Abu with good hospitality and a natural setting, Hotel Castle Rock is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

10 “Aboslute service” Its been my best experience in here … I strongly recommend it .. i had planned for a night and i stayed 2 night extra coz of the environment and service .. the food is great .. (try cheese ball 👌🏻 in starter and Dal baati churma for lunch or dinner ) … make sure u order earlier as they dont keep ready they specially make fresh and thats the best part .. The most helpful person Mr. Vijay.. U need any thing just a call and the work is done .. very helpful and nice nature .. i appreciate all his effort done in his customer service .. staff is friendly and polite .. very nice experience.. strongly recommended.. i stay in dubai and i have more friends coming from dubai already bow as they do liked it .. Keep it up Mr. vijay ..

Disappointing Stay - Poor Service and Unacceptable Hygiene Rating: 1/5 We booked a Standard Deluxe Room at hotel castle rock, mount abu but were initially given a normal room. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were eventually moved to the correct room on next day. However, our stay took a disturbing turn when we found a rat in our room. To make matters worse, the hotel staff showed a lack of concern and cooperation in addressing this issue. The hotel's failure to provide a clean and pest-free environment, combined with their poor customer service, made our stay extremely disappointing. We would advise others to exercise caution when booking this hotel. Puneet Mathur

Service is very poor, No towels in rooms, Food taste is average. Location is very good. Wifi was not working for two days.

Booked the deluxe room and got the servant rooms to stay, unhygenic bathrooms, given upgrade but price was not justifiable but the best things was view and food… could work on the rooms and hygiene
