Disappointing Stay – Needs Urgent Maintenance I recently stayed at Sunset Inn, Mount Abu, expecting a premium experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short. This property may have once been top-tier, but it is now in desperate need of maintenance. • The paint is peeling off the walls, and overall, the walls look dirty and neglected. • The shower barely works, and the knobs are faulty, making it difficult to use. • The bathroom exhaust fan is non-functional, leading to poor ventilation. • There is no curtain or partition between the shower and toilet, making the entire bathroom wet and inconvenient. • What made the stay even more unpleasant was the damage charges warnings posted all over the room—not exactly a welcoming or premium experience. For the price and reputation this hotel once had, I expected much better. Until major renovations are done, I cannot recommend staying here.
