Shri Ganesh Hotel Mount Abu

Worst Experience Ever I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Ganesh in Mount Abu. The owner is extremely arrogant, and the staff are intrusive, entering our room in the middle of the night to record video without permission. This made it impossible for us to enjoy our trip. The toilet was broken, and to make matters worse, they called us early in the morning, insisting that we check out immediately or face a water cut-off. This was my first and worst experience of this kind. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

Really this was my first experience , in life this is not hotel this is hostel, the behavior of owner is too rude and staff behavior is also very bad. They came directely at the middle of night and record your video this was my very bad exprience. Toilet is also broken no good service and they charges a lot as compare to other hotel I hardly suggest everyone you don't want to make your trip bad please don't book this hotel they didn't give any GST bill also but they charges a lot. I never saw hotel like this. So please don't go and book this hotel never.

The hotel is near the lake/marketplace which is the best part. As the hotel building is an old type construction, the rooms are vintage type with very basic amenities and without frills, but are spacious and clean. It has a small restaurant too, serving reasonably good food. All in all, a very good place for those looking for budget property nearby the happening place, and willing to adjust on looks/feel and amenities.

The hotel is giving false information about the rate in online platforms.. It was 1100 in Agoda but the owner refused to give the room and asked 3500 for one night.

After a lot of googling and checking out sites, we finalized this hotel. We visited mount abu in mid February. The hotel was more that as expected in the photos, reviews and ratings. Budget friendly also. Very good for families. Very courteous staff. They guided us for mount abu darshan. Neat, clean and very very spacious rooms. There was no centralised heating but blankets given were more than sufficient. The owner informed all the rules and was very helping. One of the best things about this hotel was their kitchen, their food and services. Be it poha, chai or north indian food everything was very tasty. 10/10 would recommend people to book this hotel. The hotel is about 1km from lake and a little uphill so if people (old people) have heavy luggage might face some difficulty if they plan to walk towards the hotel.

Pathetic rooms and arrogant owner, never visit this place even for free. If anything is already broken, he will charge you for that. He is getting new things from customer by replacing the broken ones. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE.
