Mr Amrutlal is a real gentleman. His hospitality was memorable. Will visit again whenever I come to Mount Abu.

Once I booked this hotel through Makemytrip.com. However, the experience was not good. The room was damp. Bathroom was not good. There was no mirror in the bathroom. Hot water was available only during morning time, but only for very limited time. Bed sheet was dirty. There was no shower in the bathroom. Food was also not good. I don't think this is a descent accommodation for family tour.

Is this even a hotel? Our home is better than this .. Won't belive they grow rats in the rooms ... The rat even climbed on top of the bed at night.. the food is okok but the service is 0 and the maintenance is -6..they don't even provide hot water for bathing.. the current gets off now and then...such a waste of money..

I came here for breakfast. It was absolutely delicious. We had Aloo Paratha and Poha...Both had wonderful taste. Even Tea and coffee were good. Good place to have breakfast as it has open garden. Can't say anything about rooms though as we didn't stay here.

The best hotel in the Abu. Rooms are very nice. Clean and serves you good facilities and food. Outside garden is best for seating at night. Prices are very reasonable. Nature of manager and staff is also good. Surrounding atmosphere is pleasant. Check in and check out process is quite easy.

Very pathetic service, in the freezing cold they refused to provide hot water. The owner misbehaved and abused us on clicking the pictures in the garden . The staff has no manners how to behave with guest. They only there to earn money and not to serve their guest. I visit Mt. Abu very often, but would prefer to come back home rather than staying in this hotel. Won't recommend at all.

Best Hotel in Mount Abu, Gujarati food like Khichdi and kadhi is very delicious, and also Punjabi food. And small garden, all rooms are neat and clean. So, I am recommending to this hotel most.

Very nice hotel..staff is very co operative only problem is no hot water is there...otherwise the food ,tea everything is excellent neet nd clean
