J P Suites Nakki Lake

Booked 3 rooms for 6 people. Upon getting to the hotel we had to wait 1 hour past the check in time with the owner stating that he can't give us 3 rooms. He said he could only give 2 rooms as the third room was still occupied by a guest. The owner said that the guest hadn't paid for the extra day yet he wouldn't force him to leave even though we HAD PREPAID for the room. Apparently because it was raining he couldn't ask the guy to leave. He didn't care about the fact that us, the paid guests, couldn't have the room we paid for.||||I managed to after some arguing get a refund on the one room for one night.||||Upon getting into the rooms, we felt sick. As you can see from the pictures, the curtains had disgusting black damp stains on them, the walls had black damp stains, the bed sheets were dirty and stained and there was a massive ant nest in a crack in the wall. Our room was infested with ants and we woke up with ants on our beds. The spare sheets in the cupboard were stained and disgusting too. ||||The hotel is only a 2 star hotel so I didn't expect to have a fancy brand new room......but I did expect it to be clean.||||I don't understand how the owner can't buy new curtains and bed sheets for the room. It's embarrassing if I'm honest. And if he had filled the cracks in the wall then the ants wouldn't get in either. The owner is happy up take the money but not give clean rooms. We paid £116 for 2 nights but left after one night after being so disgusted. Avoid this hotel.

One of the best place in Abu as it is located in the center of the market also Nakki lake is on walking distance. Domino's and honest restaurant are just beneath the hotel and also for alcohol,there is a bar right in front and liquor stores are also on walking distance,u also get the main market just outside the hotel. Rooms are also nice and clean, hot water is also available.Good place for families and friends.

Fraud hotel. We had booked the hotel for from 26 Jan 2019 4: 00 pm to 27 jan 4:00 pm 26/01/2019 after talking with hotel satff but on 27/01/2019 they called me to check out the room in 27/01/2019 at 9:00 and demanding for extra hours. They are not only cheaters but they also defame the image of Rajasthan Note: Donot book the hotel by brokers form road side.

Totally waste of money, There no room service, There is no feel of holiday stay, Bathroom, Room inner condition and like dharamsala/Musafirkhana,|Its my personal suggestion never stay hear, There is only 3 room, Its joking....|Again suggest ...|Never|Never|Never stay hear

No Room service, Hot water not coming, When we will reach their hotel that owner says cheking time 12 p.m. and checkout 11 pm but next day they tell Chekout time 9 a.m. , dont go for JP Suite hotels other hotels are good in same bujet..

I had gone on 8th may 2017 .its locate in Market area , even the room galery is good for sitting.but in the room , the room is not proper and are also not good. sevice or extra bed is so thin and not so good.and bathroom is stinky.

Rooms was very neat and clean Service was fantastic... Keep it up.... And location was very superb full nakki Lake we can see from here... It was very hygienic and clean place...❣️☺️
