Very bad hotel management and staff. They are very rude and not showing any respect in the hotel. Only the good thing about the hotel is the night music and the campfire. The food is also normal taste. I would like you not to visit the hotel and you can come to any other hotel in mount Abu

We stayed at the hotel for one night, and unfortunately, our experience was not as positive as we had hoped. We found the service and staff to be less accommodating than expected. The room felt quite compact and did not match the description of the one we booked. Additionally, there were some issues with the ceiling in the room, and we noticed that toiletries were not provided. We also felt that the owner could have been more receptive to our concerns. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

Had an amazing dining experience at “Hotel Parash New” in Mount Abu! The ambiance is just perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and nature. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. If you’re in Mount Abu, this place is a must-visit for both the view and the food. Highly recommend it!”

It is a nice budget friendly hotel for family and couples. The evening entertainment experience - singing by Avni and Mehendi by chanchal is a sweet gesture to delight the guests. They can improve on their amenities part and may be have a better waiting lounge. Rest is okay only.

We checked in Hotel at 9 pm, after a whole day journey with very tired family members including 2 senior citizens. Though it is a hill station and water temperature was 2-3 degree C, They didnot provide hot water in bathroom, saying hot water available only 6-9 am. No chair, no hanger, no wardrobe available inside room. Broken bucket was provided at bathroom, no mugs were available. Horrible experience! The owner/manager was extremely rude. The staffs misbehavior made the stay unbearable. Avoid this place at any costs! We had a booking of 2 Luxury Family rooms for 2 days. But they provided one very small room for 3 persons and both the rooms were very dirty/untidy, we had to call the staffs multiple to clean/change inside the rooms. Due to these unbearable situations, we compell to check out the hotel next day morning, thanks to god that manager refunded the next day's booking amount. Don't think even to book/stay in this hotel. It was very miserable experience.
