Absolutely terrible and disgusting hotel. The manager is the worst of all. Rude and impolite. They are in business only by attracting unsuspecting customers. The manager gangs up with local goons to threaten customers. The photos are absolutely misleading and the hotel is on a very noisy street with no car parking

This hotel is an absolute nightmare. The owner is a deceitful fraudster who shows potential customers fake photos to secure advance payments, only to deliver a dismal reality upon arrival. The service is abysmal, the amenities are lacking, and the staff are downright rude. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. It's simply not worth it.

Work experience and work decision for staying in this hotel. Owner and manager are very unprofessional and rude and showing attitude if we say anything and try to give them feedback. They are like paise aa gaye ab jo karna h kro kind of behaviour. Do not go with pictures of the room, they are very dirty and bed is very uncomfortable. They charged double for such kind of messy and buggy room. Everything is unclean and smelly there, the bed, the cumble, the floor all the amenities, furniture. Honest suggestion is never ever stay in this hotel. Instead of that go to any dormitory, it will be more clean and comfortable than this hotel. One suggestion to owner and manager that go and first learn about how to run a hotel and then start hotelling business.

Manager is very abusive and rude. Kept car infront of hotel for some time. Manager threatened to puncture car tyres.

My recent stay at the hotel Sai Mount abu was one of the worst experiences of my life. The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the amenities were subpar, and the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. The walls were thin and I could hear every sound from outside. The lights was not functioning and the room was muggy and stuffy. The bathroom was in terrible condition with broken tiles and a clogged sink. The overall atmosphere was dismal and uninviting. I strongly advise against staying at this very bad hotel, as it is not worth the cost.

Can be missed at the price range. The location is very good and most things are at walking distance. The rooms are very basic and not very hygiene. The washroom are not spotless and the water a bit dirty. The room service is not up to the mark yet they were helpful and offer to keep our luggage after checkout. Can go for it for it if it's the cheapest option in this location and you are on a budget.

Very bad experience. Unhygienic rooms and stinking bedsheets and blankets. Services were also slow and staff was so rude . And rooms doesn't look like as same as the pictures (clickbait types).
