We had a wonderful stay! The food was absolutely amazing fresh, flavourful, and truly satisfying. The environment was very comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality; the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We also loved the easy access to the pool, which added a fun and relaxing touch to our stay. Another big plus is the central location everything we needed was just ride away. I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel during a winter stay. Despite the freezing temperatures, there was no heater provided in the room initially. After repeatedly requesting one, the staff finally gave us a heater — but it was barely functional and didn’t heat the room at all. Being on the ground floor, the room was extremely cold and uncomfortable throughout the stay. The staff was largely unresponsive and indifferent to our concerns, showing little interest in resolving issues or ensuring guest comfort. Customer service was practically non-existent. The food options were very limited, and whatever was available was of poor quality with substandard taste — definitely not worth the price charged.

Amazing place to stay with a great staff. If you are planning on staying in udaipur for a few days I highly recommend this place. Their food, service and attitude of the staff is absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to come back here next year!!!

What a amazing stay experience in The Lavitra Udaipur. We booked 2 rooms and both had amazing front garden and swimming pool view. The hospitality was on point. We came to know at our second day of stay that the place is 200 year old property. And it was a definately a heritage stay. The paintings on walls were hand painted and the room furniture was also antique. Overall great experience.o

Quite nice location as fatehsagar lake is at walking distance..easy for accommodation.great room service and best food. Swimming pool is small but good maintain.. daily water changed in swimming pool..overall Good experience...

The hotel was not that good because of many reasons. 1. Slow servicing 2. Late response 3. Rooms were very small 4. The lamp on the table was not working 5. The light of the bathroom above the mirror was not working 6. No cups in the room 7. The buckets of the washroom have holes 8. The room's mosquito repellent was not refilled 9. TV's remote is not available in the room 10. The walls are not in a good condition 11. The TV has technical issues One example is the when I came on the hotel, I asked for a tumbler for bathing the waiter said that it was coming. After 30 minutes I went on the reception to ask for the tumbler. The receptionist said that the waiter is going to take it. Then I slept. At morning I woke up and after 20 mins someone knocked at the door. I opened the door and I found the waiter, he handed me two tumbler. Just think that I asked for the tumbler one day before and it came the next day. Every time we have to say the thing we need and then they provide. Overall experience was not pleasant.

The hotel’s location is another big plus – it’s conveniently close to all major attractions in Udaipur, which made sightseeing so much easier for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was always helpful and courteous.
