Hotel Rani Palace at Lake Fatehsagar, Udaipur

Terrible Experience - Misleading Booking and Dirty Room! I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. I booked online at a certain rate, but upon arrival, the staff claimed that online bookings are too cheap and forced me to "upgrade" for an additional ₹600. Despite paying extra, the room provided was in terrible condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and definitely not worth the money. The AC unit was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was visible dust on furniture and stains on the rug. The bathroom was disgusting — moldy walls, dirty drains, and water leaking from the ceiling. Even the ceiling fan was covered in dirt, and the room overall felt unhygienic. This place is clearly not maintained properly and is misrepresented online. Totally unprofessional and not recommended. Avoid at all costs!

Owner and staff is very friendly and supportive... Rooms are spacious and cleaned.. Bathrooms are verry clean.. Overall very good hotel

It is heritage property and it's in middle of the city. All the tourist points are nearby to this hotel. Also all shops and needful things are at a walking distance. Rooms were clean and Spacious. There was no lift and restaurant inside hotel but they were making breakfast available on request. All zomato swiggy orders were available

Excellent stay at Rani Palace. Visited with my friends and loved every bit. Owner Ashok uncle is very sweet person and helpful.. Gave us free early checkin also :)))
