I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean with all basic and required facilities. This is managed by group of young people who are highly responsive and kind. The housekeeping staff is also very good. Frankly we were not expecting this good stay and services in such budget. Rooms and Bathrooms are spacious and walls are newly painted.

The location is commendation with inhouse rooftop dinning and smooth room services. The staff is really helpful and humble, the room is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained, the taste of food is up to the mark. Overall had a perfect and comfortable stay.

Me and my 5 friends went for only dinner at your place and we placed a simple order consisting of 5 soups, 1 veg sizzler, 1 bhuna gosht, 1 chicken afghani, and 7 lacha parathas. To my surprise, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes for the full order to arrive. During this time, I repeatedly asked the staff about the delay, and each time, the server would rush to the kitchen and assure me that the food was "almost ready." This continued for over an hour, with no proper communication about the actual status of our order.||By around 10:30 PM, I decided to cancel the order due to the extensive delay. To my astonishment, the food was immediately served within 5 minutes of my request to cancel. At that point, it was already 11:00 PM, and when I informed the staff that I no longer wanted the food, I requested the bill for the items we had consumed.||It was at this point that a senior team leader intervened, insisting that the full bill had to be paid before we could leave. Despite my attempts to discuss the situation, I was given no clear explanation as to why the food had taken so long. The staff's response of "Kha lo aa gaya khana" was not only unprofessional but also quite dismissive of the inconvenience caused. The restaurant manager, when approached, failed to handle the situation appropriately. Instead of offering a solution, I was told it was not within his control and was pressured to take the food with me, which I found disrespectful.||Additionally, when the bill was presented, the sizzler was missing from the total. After pointing this out, I was told that the system had malfunctioned. After a brief discussion, the sizzler was added to the bill, but to my further disappointment, the chicken sizzler was listed instead of the vegetarian one. I was informed that the prices were the same, but this oversight was frustrating.||Ultimately, I paid the full bill, but I left the restaurant feeling deeply dissatisfied with the entire experience. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I understand that delays can happen. However, there are ways to manage such situations with professionalism and courtesy, which were lacking in this instance.||I hope my feedback will lead to improvements in both service quality and staff training. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.

Overall good experience, perfect location and if I talk about the food It was really delicious Dinning area looks awesome, cafeteria is also beautiful. But rooms are decent not that luxury one but ofcourse for stay its good food couple and family, and every stuff is available nearby to this place.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Pansal Kothi in Udaipur. The room was spacious and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. The cleanliness and interior design were impressive, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant experience. However, I did encounter an issue with the restaurant. Despite booking a dining reservation through Zomato, they refused to honor it. This was a bit disappointing, given the otherwise excellent service. I hope the hotel addresses this concern to enhance their overall guest experience.

Talking about other hotels these one is on a better place the area is clean and best for staying for a long The receptionist is so helpful and there are many Sight places available near by Staff members also give you suggestions if you are confused. Overall I had a great experience 😊

Rooms are good for the price and the hotel is very conveniently located. Really appreciate the service. Owner was super helpful. There is a nice rooftop restaurant with good food and drink options. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel in Udaipur.
