Hotel The Archi

Mr. Omprakash don't have etiquettes to talk and he always defend his staff even if they are wrong. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The **location is quite good**, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and essential services. However, when it comes to service, I found it to be **average at best**. The staff was polite, but there were clear gaps in attention to detail and promptness. The **quality of the rooms varied** significantly. While some rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, others were **below average**. For instance, several rooms lacked **exhaust fans in the toilets**, leading to unpleasant odors. Additionally, some doors did not **close properly**, and a few of the **AC vents were excessively noisy**, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the issue with **milk**. I noticed that when you provide them with **1 liter of milk**, they consistently return only **500 ml**, which happened multiple times during my stay. This was frustrating and felt like a clear case of shortchanging. The **food at the restaurant was average**, neither particularly impressive nor disappointing. However, the **toilets were not clean** and often had a **bad odor**, which was quite off-putting. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel needs to improve its services and room maintenance to provide a more satisfactory experience.

Service was good food was good but the rooms were not clean and the washroom was also not clean and very small conjusted .

What I like is the location only, rooms are very compact, services are ok ok, water cooler provided was rusty inside, well the price was 1800 for 2 people with breakfast

Nice hotel, convenient distance from station, good staff, good behavior, nice food, room is excellent, bathroom is clean, good regular service, I stayed with my family, completely satisfied, I referred to all and stay in the hotel, Room 204 and 304 is unique 👍👍👍❤❤❤
