Hotel Ace Plaza

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring everything was tidy. The hotel staff were polite and professional, always ready to assist. The amenities were decent, nothing extraordinary but sufficient for a comfortable stay. The best part of this hotel is its location—it's conveniently situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transport options. However, one issue left a bad impression—the owner’s greed. Despite requesting an early check-in well in advance, we were still charged extra for it. This felt unfair and unnecessary, especially since they had rooms available. It would be great if they could show a little more flexibility and customer care in such situations. Overall, a good stay, but the management should work on being more considerate towards guests.

The environment is incredibly friendly, and everyone is highly cooperative! Loved the stay. Special thanks to Mr. Laxman, Mr. Indu, and Mr. Vipul for their exceptional hospitality. The rooms are clean, the service is prompt, and the ambiance is relaxing. Highly recommend for a family stay!

Lovely warm shower and water pressure and the room was nice and clean compared to other Indian hotels. Friendly staff that gave us a very warm welcome to the hotel. They also had an effective laundry service and the food in the restaurant was good.

I would like to share my feedback about the hotel... 1. The common washroom is maintained neatly 2. The hotel staff attitude is great 3. Food is too good 4. The local tour guide and arrangements were done properly.

I had a nice stay at Hotel Ace Plaza. The room was comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. The man at reception, Lakshman, was very helpful anytime I had a question or needed assistance.

Amazing stay best stay for me so far. Recommend to anyone and staff is amazing. Close walk into the city center even printed off my visa again for me at reception. The food was nice and cheap and average. Would stay again only bad thing was not a lot of hot water

Very satisfied my stay overall. Room was clean and the service was good. The hotel was well situated in the city and reasonablely near points of interest. However, there were some miscommunication due to the English fluency of some of the staff.

A pretty good hotel. We were here for 3 nights on a G Adventures tour. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, and had a good hot shower. On the downside, our room had no natural light, and there were some noisy pigeons that woke us up every morning. Also one of the days had a very loud family that woke us up at 5.30am, but that's not really the hotel's fault. The restaurant was fine, and the thali I had for lunch was reasonably priced. The coffee was terrible though - definitely recommend eating breakfast elsewhere! Location wise, it's not too bad - close to the really nice Gulab Bagh park, which I can recommend for a morning stroll, and about 25mins walk into town.
