We checked into the hotel offline. Initially, we had a deal for different amount per day, but later they went back on their word and asked us to pay more . The room condition was terrible—the bedsheets and washroom smelled bad, and the staff was extremely ill-mannered. They even forced us to vacate the room when they found a better deal for it.

Had a great stay at Tak International in Bapu Bazar. The experience was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was worth it. Totally recommend for a comfortable stay! The lake view is awesome from their terrace/food court.

I was staying in hotel pichola haveli for 2 days the hospitality was very impressive hotel staf was very good helpful rooms are big and most important the hotel have breathtaking view thank you so much for giving me the best hospitality niharika is very helpful I didn't meet her but she was available on call for assisting as every time thank you so much.

Recently, we visited this hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. In the bathroom, a complete bathroom set of essentials was not provided. Despite requesting manager and housekeeping staff, they took a long time to address even basic necessities. We had to follow up multiple times, and although the issue was eventually resolved, it was not done to our satisfaction. We also noticed that many guests were facing issues, with the staff and manager taking an excessive amount of time to resolve even simple problems. Additionally, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the door handle had noticeable stains on it, which was quite unpleasant. We had booked our stay online, which turned out to be a mistake. In the future, we recommend checking the room and its facilities in person before confirming your booking or checking in.
