The manager and staffs are too kind and polite . Helped so much with the trip and stay. The rooms are also good at on budget and the views are mind blowing .

Very bad behaviour of there staff... I cancel my room within 3 hrs after booking time check in 11 hrs am and suddenly I changed my plan to change the room 2 pm but they told me pay the full amount I try to convened but they don't.. Really very worse behave with there customer.. They were treat like we are nothing I advised to everyone please don't visit there There is no safe ..

I stay with my family & friends on 30 April 2025.. Hotel has 4th floor...2 floor is upper side from road level and 2 floor is down basment side from road level.If u think stay please clear with manegement. Room size is also too small ..fooding service is very poor...specialy if u go throw any agent u found food restrictions...Tv doesn't work,average cleaning room and bathroom condition. Mostly Staff are children .. management behaviour is not friendly also..there view is only take money not to provide better service.location is approx 1.7 km away from M.G.marg market.... without car not possible for family men to visit market. My experience was very bad.

If you are with your family, please don't check in. Worst experience in my life. Food quality, hygiene, and service you can't find anywhere in this hotel.

I visited this place with my friends and we have been given two rooms which were really gross and smelly. We even put a complaint to clean the bathrooms because it was too smelly but nobody responded. The rooms were conjusted , uncleaned and in pathetic condition. The staff were really rude and they didn't even care about the guests. They were shouting at the guests for not reaching the hotel at time without even realising what we as a traveller are facing. We ordered food from the restaurant which was not that good but somehow we end up eating that because we have to get up early for our next day journey. I suggest before you check into a hotel please make sure to check how much hygienic is the room because you are paying for it.

We visited here in 2019. the location is not bad. A little far from mg market. We booked three single bedrooms. the rooms were good. There were all the basic things available like TV, mirror, almirah, telephone. We got a beautiful view from the window. The bathroom was also good. There was geyser in the bathroom. The foods were good and less spicy. There was also a medicine shop just at the ground floor. We did not face any bad behavior from stuff. Overall good experience.

Very poor standard and sizes of rooms (Rooms are damped, having insects etc). Staff behaviour except a few were not good. Services and quality of food was very poor. Even after spot complain the staff/manager did not bother to attend that complain, rather showed their supremecy. Not at all suggestible for stay with family. Location wise very near to Vajra taxi stand.

This is not a hotel. If google could have negative star rating, we would negative infinity. They are racist and they dont even know how to serve their customers. The "worst" lady there, stole our hotel keys. She wasted our 4 hours and was not ready to give us cctv footage because she was the culprit. Then after alot of argument she throw the keys on our face. She didnt even see the age of my parents and was speaking at her highest pitch with us. She said delhi people should never be allowed to the visit our restaurant.. and all this because she could not serve us good quality food. Kindly dont this restaurant because they dont serve food they serve abuse.
