The owner, Sudipda is a very nice person, always helpful, genuine & jovial. Never say no attitude. Canteen staff are also very helpful. Food is homely. I have travelled to Gangtok for more than 27 times in last 15 years and always stayed here. Family trip, Office staff trip & Lone trip, this being my safest place to stay. Rooms are clean, geysers are well maintained.

My family and I had a great vacation in Gangtok. Good location, reasonable price, a clean and spacious room and delicious food. I was also impressed with the staff. They are friendly and always on hand to help us out. The owner is also very gentle and helpful.

Genuine review, been there, stayed there. I would personally like to stay there alongwith my family if i visit Gangtok again in future. Extremely spacious rooms, electricity available, very less loadshedding, geyser works, good quality food, water always available. The manager there Abir da, is very good person, friendly, staffs are friendly and polite speaking. Only drawback is the distance between MG Marg and the hotel, but that is negligible in respect to the stay.

The rate is usually very economical but the room is not so good. It's better to say dharmashala not a hotel. The room is big but all blue coloured old furniture. Location is not bad, near to the mall road. But seriously the hotel should be improve ....

The manager is very bad mannered and abusive ....and the hotel service is very bad. Food taste tasteless... I don't recommend anyone to stay there from my experience of two days stay.
