First and foremost, the hotel's location near MG MARG was perfect. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy for me to explore the local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I didn't have to travel far to experience the vibrant energy of the area. The room at VSTM Bamboo Grove was exceptionally clean and spacious. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was evident throughout my stay. The room was tastefully decorated and provided ample space for relaxation and comfort. But what truly made my stay memorable was the remarkable service provided by the hotel staff, especially Tanmay da, Pritam da, and the rest of the team. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the hotel. They were always available to assist with any requests or inquiries I had, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their professionalism and genuine care for the guests were evident in every interaction. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on, allowing me to make the most of my time in the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Gangtok.

Very poor approach to hotel. Unclean room with rat poo on chair. Room was facing west and direst sunlight was coming making the room very warm. Not suitable for Summers. Customer service is poor. Overall management needs a big revamp
