Verry worst service and low quality food Waste of money.

We didn't stay here but had lunch. Fries rice was amazing and the Chicken Manchurian was nice. The Bengali food was good and fresh.

The hotel and bar cum restaurant is located in MG Marg at the heart of Gangtok. This hotel is famous for Bengali tourists as it has a Bengali restaurant too. We came here at their Tibetan/Chinese bar cum restaurant. The ambience is very good and the food is good in taste and quantity. We have tried Veg Fried rice and chilli chicken. The chilli chicken was not spicy though. Rooms are also available at their hotel at affordable tariffs. It is very difficult to find a good and cheap hotel at such a prime location these days. You get off season discount as well.

Worst experience ever. Don't go even if offered for free. No hygiene. Open wires in hotel room. Unsafe and Stinking room. Poorly maintained. With all these flaws the staff is too arrogant just because hotel is situated at MG Marg. We booked it online by watching photos, but reality was totally different. We moved to Hotel Tarayana which is much much better with good service.

Very poor service. Treated us as we r begging for rooms. stayed super deluxe room, very pathetic room condition,dirty floor no intercom no attendent to take us to the room. during check in we opend lock, bought laguages in 3rd floor by own...disturbed whole night by the residents of rooftop...not recomending atall...not a single staff for long 4 days of our stay even asked for anything not even cleaned the room...

This hotel only has good views as it's on mg marg. Except the location and view everything is very poor as compared to hotel rates. Recommend to book this on spot only as in advance booking they give different pictures of room.Rooms are very old and dirty there is no room service and restaurant is worst . Don't book this hotel if you are traveling with family.

The hotel is a bit costly and rooms are not that good. Toilets looks like old times and little dirty. Surprisingly they don’t give any sandle for the toilet! However, the restaurant is pretty good. Food was very tasty. I would recommend not to stay here but taste the food at least once.

This hotel is just in the middle of the M. G. Marg Road. We were walk in customer and we found one room at the 3rd floor with a connecting large balcony. From the balcony, one can see the half of the Gangtok city! That view was very fascinating!! ||The don't have any intercom service in the room and also the wifi connection was poor. But the staffs were very cooperative and whenever we asked them for any service, they were there to provide that! The owner was also very cooperative. ||They have a restaurant in the ground floor and the foods were really very tasty. They also provide foods in the room. ||As a whole, our experience was very good at Hotel Bayul. ||
