Hotel Rainbow Gangtok

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Rainbow, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience From the moment I arrived I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff here are some of the most cooperative and kind hearted people I’ve ever met. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels comfortable and cared for. The management deserves a special mention for running such a well organized and guest-friendly establishment. The rooms are spacious clean and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Whether it’s the cozy beds or the neatly maintained interiors everything about the rooms screams comfort and quality.

The hotel staffs all were very polite with their behaviour, the food was very delicious. Warm water was available and the food was sufficient. Overall experience was really good in this hotel

The Rooms were good for twin sharing. Service was good and the food was just as you would like to have ( Homemade).The location is just walkable distance from MG Marg and the local taxi stand. Overall a nice property.

Very satisfied with their service. Rooms are well maintained and washrooms are neat & clean. Hot water available 24/7. Receptionist picked the call before 5AM and gave us the best service. Wifi is very fast. Food is yummy.

I am writing this review after 2 hours of checking out of Hotel Rainbow so the memory is quite fresh. It's situated at Arithang, Gangtok at a well accessible location, only 10 minutes walk from the MG Marg, the city center. Now coming to the hotel, it's super clean, tidy and cozy. They put effort to keep the hotel and rooms clean that one can see. The room that I stayed in was quite huge with a big window, good lighting and proper amount of ventilation. The toilet was clean with 24 hours running hot and cold water. It's run by Mr. Sanjay Ghosh and his family. The owner is a thorough gentleman with a very polite attitude and he is always ready to help. He even helped me rent a vehicle for sightseeing. I will always remember their hospitality and the help I got from him.
