Horrible experience |I don’t know how people are giving 4.8 stars |Worst service ever |They are giving food late |They are stingy about giving towels , glasses etc |Bed sheets were very dirty |Kitchen was empty | ||I would never advise anyone to go to this hotel

We stayed at Itsy by Meraki Treebo for two days, and it's conveniently close to MG Marg, just a 10-minute walk. The property is new with a good, decent breakfast and friendly staff. However, the only issue we encountered was the water heater, which has a small five-liter tank and was not sufficient for our needs. Additionally, the one-way and very curvy road to reach the property made it difficult for cabs, especially during checkout with our luggage. Despite this, the change from our original booking at Luxury Rooms in Regency, which is 3km from MG Marg, turned out to be a blessing in disguise due to a technical glitch from Treboo booking. Being closer to MG Marg made our stay more convenient.

Hotel look/location wise good nd rooms are beautiful too.... Need to improve their services and staff behaviour If u're booking, try to contact them directly instead of going through mediators.
