Shree Ganpati Hotel

Staff behavior Mr. Pintu was too good and helpful. But the hotel is basically a lodge. The rooms are toooo small to be honest. You can even move around as soon as you you will hit the room door. This hotel was given to me by Ibibo as my previous hotel was overbooked. If you are not claustrophobic then go ahead for a night stay not more. Not for family with too many luggage for sure!

The hotel is located in the Heart of MG Marg, Gangtok. Wonderful Location! Service is quite good. Hotel room and bathrooms are clean. Price is quite affordable! The only problem is rooms are quite small. Highly Recommended!!! Guests who are looking for Good Food can go to Hotel Sharma! (Good Food at Affordable Price). It is just opposite of the Hotel (Beside Agarwals). Please avoid Hotel Siddharth (unprofessional behavior).

Hotel is good comparing to price.. hotel is located in main market (Mahatma Gandhi road), where u can get everything, like(restaurant, shopping etc). It cost 650 per day.. ask receptionist to give room to hill side, preferbaly 5th floor, very good view of mountain and city. Room is small bt excellent condition where u will get all facility,(gycer, tv, wifi (good speed), etc. Hotel doesn't have parking facility, bt there is one shelter parking area 300m from hotel where it is safe to park. 2 wheeler for 24 hrs cost 200rs.

Hotel was okay as compared with the price. The rooms are very small though. And if you have to check out early morning be ready to carry your own luggage as hotel staff are least interested in customer satisfaction.

Staffs vanish like ghosts often. You can keep shouting standing at reception but nobody will come. So can't comment on security. But the room allotted to me was clean, had big window facing hills, and clean toilet. And the price is on thw cheaper side so can't complain! Beware of the entrance though, very steep stairway from M G Marg. If you slip then might break a bone or two.

Worst ever hotel ever seen. Even after paying money for extra mattress they did not gave us any mattress nor blanket. Hotel Owner was knowing about our requirements yet he did not respond to the matter. Even till the last time we did not get any blanket for which we paid. If you want that your trip should be without any problems and tensions,DON'T COME IN THIS SHREE GANPATI HOTEL,MG MARG,GANGTOK

The rooms are good. But don't expect rooms to accommodate three people like other hotels because the rooms are small. The highlight of this hotel is that it's on MG road and it helps a lot while travelling in Gangtok.

I booked this hotel online. The rooms small but cosy. Its clean and staff is also well behaved. Preferable for a bachelors and friends.
