The views from outside was looking very good👍 but when when we entire I just felt like iam in pig farm |Plz try to make it out that whenever people book out hotel u guys must clean the rooms | The room were stinking very horrible😱 the worst experience in my entire life.. Plz try to make it neat and clean anyway thank you so much for your time ⌚

The location of the property is convenient,with easy access to transportation and main markets. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, though the bedsheets and billow covers need to be changed timely. The room services are at 50% only, no doubt the employees are less in number, but they serve their possibilities. Being honest, they provide the best Indian meals, but it doesn't really work on North-eastern tribal peoples as we take fewer masalas. I wish they also included Chinese food options in the nearer days. It would have been better if the staff and workers had improved in the hospitality and services in order to balance the nature of business as it's a hub for a tourist. In my personal perspective, the rates are reasonable, and it's always a good choice to stay in Mount View Hotel. Talking on tour packages, somehow, the itinerary and time schedule needs to be improved and should be as profession. The overall charges per-heads on days basis was quite impressive and really helpful for a budget traveler's. Mr. ROHAN is an easy going Person and he can tackle all kinds of situations in a good manner. Energetic and smart to handel his clients positively. If you're looking for a good experience, tour guide, tour package, and accommodation, this is the right place.

This is the worst hotel that I have visited in my entire life. The rooms were not cleaned before our arrival, beer bottles were lying in the room. Toilets were dirty, the food was of poor quality and very expensive. Moreover whenever the hotel staff were called they were not available and they were drunk too. The owner named Ron was a fraud. He was charging extra money just to cover his loses.Whatever sightseeing was promised was not shown, We were told that we will be given 3 cars for our travel but we were given 2cars for 19people which made our journey very difficult. They told us that they decide the quality of rooms to be given on the basis of the standard of family. Overall my experience with Ron was very poor. I would suggest to stay away from Ron and his hotel. He ruined our family trip.

Very very bad service, no facilities of food and drinking water. When asked at night they do not even have facility of mineral water. Very very lower standard service. Whenever any service is asked the answer is simply "No" and no empathy and no arrangement if they are unable to provide services, they could atleast make some arrangements. If you are visiting this place please visit at your own risk, there is not even electricity for hours, that is from night 9:30pm until 12pm noon

actually i ever seen hotel like this the behavior and manners of hotel staff is not at all good they will give you respect on the basis of your range and main important thing is at behind the hotel large drain is passing the smell of that drain reaches the room. and they will change the menu of food without proper information whenever you will ask about why food menu is changing daily they will make an argument with you in one word i will say that is waste of money and health. food is not at all good finally in simple word hotel is worst. main reason for hotel down fall is manager because he try to make fights between customers and owners by the way of provoking to fight with the owner. he is making the entire hotel bad, manager and hotel cooking staff will call you with nick names and hotel cooking staff will see the customers from cc cameras and makes some irritating comments on you at the time of festivals the staff will drink comes to you they will demand the money in one word it is not safe for families.

Let me point out the positives first as the list of negatives is too long.||Pros:| + Tasty foods, it's like homemade| + Manager was helpful| + Near to MG road||Cons:| + No generator power backup. You can't operate geyser in backup| + No electric kettle in room. No thermos to provide hot water. Hot water served in normal jug.| + No toiletries provided. We stayed for five nights and they gave us just one tiny soap.| + Single towel provided for a family. They not even convinced to change the towel everyday rather asked us to dry the used towel on the hotel roof. How ridiculous idea was that.| + You can't keep your geyser on 24 hrs even though geysers are auto cut. They used to switch off the geyser mcb. Ironically they put up some indicators to identify how many geysers are on. The property manager used to roam around to check the geysers and switch off accordingly. It was too funny.| + At first look you will find the restaurant was not cleaned for weeks. The floor of the restaurant, the reception desk was very dirty.| + Wash rooms were pathetic and etc.||Overall it's not at all good for individual tourist with family. This hotel is doing their business with the group travellers.||

Most horrible hotel it was. The manager name 'RON' was fraud. The rooms was not cleaned, there was beer bottles lying in the floor, the bathroom was not cleaned ,there was no electricity But there was no generator also,there was a huge drain behind the room the small was coming,the bedsheets was not changed, even there was used cups of tea in the room, there was no water in the room .The food quality is too bad and the price is too much. The manager name 'RON' used to tell us that he is going to give us 3 cars but when we reached in the hotel it was informed us that there will be only 2 car. The most bakwas manager I have in my life the staff was not good at all their behavior was was just...... My rating is (-50) Plz guys don't get cheated by the manager name 'RON'. Please think about it it's my request 🙏
