Hotel Khandroling

The hotel does give value for money given the location. Rooms and cleanliness are not that great but given the low price, they seem reasonable. For me the worst part was that I was told that the rates were inclusive of breakfast but at the time of check out the owner told me that the tea in the breakfast was chargeable. One would normally think that complimentary breakfast is inclusive of tea. So if you want to charge for the tea, inform the customer explicitly.

Booked for two days. Bed Sheets and blankets were not clean.towel, soaps not provided.Room was small and not spacious. We booked the room via booking.com and amenities offered during booking is not avilable like electric kettle etc.

I give 3 star only for the kind behaviour of all stuffs and good location....it just 1min from mg Marg....but the room and bathroom are horrible condition..... though the room is looking good but beds are not appropriate for sleeping....one is too hard and one is too soft.... bathroom condition is not so good .....also there food quality is very bad.

If there were negative stars, I'd still give them none, had been travelling for a long time but never had such a horrendous experience. The manager was not at all helpful. 1. The rooms, horrible, all the walls and roofs had molds grown all over them. sheets, smelly and curtains also had molds. 2. We became sick, on day 2 of our trip, and when asked information about doctors and even the medicine shop, the only answer we got was- to search for it ourselves. Really? The most unhelpful set of useless hotel owner. )

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking night view, especially overlooking MG Marg. The ambiance was enchanting and made for a grateful experience. The location near MG Marg was very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel staff was attentive and ensured a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable and peaceful retreat in Gangtok.

The position of the hotel is quite good, and you can get a good glimpse of the Kanchanjangha from the room itself. The rooms look good but, the rooms had cockroach issue, the service boys use hit to remove them, but they kept coming back. The service boys and the manager was very helpful.

I recently stayed at Khandroling hotel in Gangtok and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decoration. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and offered a great selection of local. Overall, my stay at Khandroling hotel was a truly magical experience and I would highly recommend it.
