Hotel Heritage

Rooms not clean at all. Cleanliness and room size is a draw back. Charged 2900 for 2nights 3 bed which is high compared to nearby hotels. Location good and very cooperative staff. Not a 4 star hotel, no air conditioner present, no kitchen is present in any room. Toilet not good at all , geyser and electricity were working, there is good view at 4 th floor and above. No idea about pool. Fake amenities listed here all in all. Room small as matchbox. No parking,have to park at edge of the road.

We recently stayed at Hotel Heritage booking through maa vaishno Devi tour and travel unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. First, our package includes free breakfast in restaurant Palbhu Tibet road there was a discrepancy with the food prices; we were quoted one price but charged another, which felt misleading. When we asked for extra tissues, we were confronted rather rudely for taking them from another table. Additionally, despite informing them that we were a group of five, we were given only two beds in two rooms, which was highly inconvenient. The rooms were cramped and uncomfortable, resembling matchboxes. And they asked for an extra charge for a room with a better view, which seemed unreasonable. There is no option for a negative rating, otherwise I would definitely give it one. Overall, I would not recommend the travel agency and Hotel Heritage and Restaurant Palbhu based on my experience. Once travel agency take the money they don't listen to us. They just behave like u have to adjust everywhere. Such a worst travel agency in my life.

It was a wonderful experience in Heritage inn, staff is very friendly. Restaurent is good. Adeeb subba from reception helped us with booking cab to Mg margh oo ther areas and made our trip safe.||||Regards||Sarath Tamminana

Excellent service, very nice place to stay good rooms, specially wonderful view from rooms great food & service, ||Thank you to Mr.Navin Nawbag for all the arrangementsour tour plan. We will again try to use same facilities again and again. Best wishes

Staff are very good, but geysers were useless of our room. Location is very good,( near mg Marg). Food is just okay.

Worst hotel in Gangtok. We, the whole family, booked a triple bed room for 25th December 2021 through Agoda 3months back (with Pay at property option). After reaching there in the afternoon receptionist boy told we can't enter room as we haven't paid a penny while booking. Even after showing the online confirmation, they refused to give us room. Then they expressed unavailability of water till 6pm. We called the caretaker then, who somehow got convinced after paying full then and there. The room was very dirty and below average. Water was not available till 10pm. While we reported them, they were very annoyed and told us to leave the hotel at 10:30pm with full refund. Such an irresponsible staff and property is not suitable for anyone. Would have given -5 rating.

Very nice Hotel with comfortable stays with mountain views room in cool place far from town completely noiseless, few km away fro Gangtok town, very friendly staffs with warm welcome in traditional way, serves multi cuisine restaurant with finger licking food with excellent service, great hospitality highly recommended most stay at this hotel has good value and great Vibes.
