Royal Tara

One of the worst hotels I have stayed. There was no water in the washroom and after repeatedly complaining we only got running water once throughout our 3 days stay. We took 3 rooms, and one of the rooms didn't have any running water at all. Yet they didn't fix or change the room.|All amenities were missing. No toiletries, no electric Kettle.|Pillows had black mold in them.|Staffs were extremely rude. Always got room service orders wrong and upon complaining told us to eat it anyway.|Dinner was supposed to be from 9-10. Yet food wasn't served until 9.45.|Nice view but terribly maintained property

Good place to stay at this place. Location is little difficult to market. Rest of service is good rooms quality are very good, Views are very good. Inside from the room you can view the whole gantok city .

Beyond excellent services! The staff is very polite, kind & very helpful! They provide Bengali food & even prepared less spicy food for the kids. The food is delicious.I would definitely recommend anyone coming to Gangtok to stay here & enjoy their hospitality.

Nice hotel and good experience. The super deluxe rooms were spacious. Great staff and support. MG Road is nearby at a walking distance of 5mns approx using the short route. Food was also good here. Overall, enjoyed the stay here

It was a really nice stay here. Hotel staffs were really nice and friendly. Pricing of food and stay was fair and worth the money. I would recommend people to come stay here if they want to have a good time in Gangtok.

This lovely hotel is made so much better by the very kind excellent staff. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, but the customer service is excellent-Romi in particular made my stay particularly memorable, by making sure I had everything I need. Highly Recommend.

Very neat and clean place to stay and have good memories and meal with friends and family. Well educated staff. Beautiful view from the room. Must visit once you plan your travel to Gangtok.

The location is very bad and the service is slow and rude behaviour... The room was alright but the lock was faulty the card RFID didn't work properly.. Didn't have water in the morning for 2 days.. Dirty sheets and blankets.. Mall road is 20 min walking uphill☹️.
