I haven't stayed here but giving this review for the food that I order ,service & staff behaviour.|one of the terrible experience that I've ever experienced in my life ever . If you guys don't have the items kindly put it out of stock in the swiggy)Zomato app pls .|They accept my swiggy order & deliver me something else and some items they didn't deliver. There was no bill given to us when we asked for the money for the food which they didn't deliver they said to come n collect from their hotel what kind of service is this ???||When I complaint about the items that I didn't receive they deliver it next day afternoon what's the purpose of giving it next day guys ? ||Lastly it's not about money, it's about the time that we waste to wait for the food which was terrible. You guys made me n my family dinner of that night horrible. And at last if you guys are working into hospitality have basic knowledge how to deal with customers & have basic knowledge into language also. Don't make people fool by serving old foods.

DRAGON INN TOTALL GIVING A FEEL OF RED HOT DRAGON CHILLI .PAINTINGS OF DRAGON EYES EATCH8NG YOU . SPACIOUS AND WELL CLEANED ROOMS . COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE STAFF. EXCELLENT FOOD . CALM ATMOSPHERE THATS LITTLE TO SAY REALLY BOOKE DON ARRIVAL AND ENTIRE TOUR WAS PLANNED BY THEM WITHOUT EXTRA MONEY WHICH OTHERS DO REALLY HATS OFF GUYS . PAVITRA. This hotel has 5 star hotel like service. Staffs are so corporative specially Yojan he is sweetest and most hardworking among all. Everytime we use to call him he would come with pretty smile and serve us with great joy.

We were there for two days and the rooms were very clean, and the view from the room of the mountains was mesmerising. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Yojan chettri f&b captain was vey helpful. The Hotel ambience is very good and the location is also not far from market and also not far from Main view points, so you can travel easily toboth destinations.

Location of the hotel is on point.Chhangu lake is only 37km away from the hotel. rooms are specious. View from deluxe rooms are awesome. Service is very good. Staff are very cordial and helpful. Overall I am very much satisfied with the service they provided. Highly recommend this hotel. Adding a photo from the deluxe room we booked.
