OYO 8719 Hotel Deep Residency

worst hotel ever in my make my trip life. the manager don't know how to behave. only money matters for them. he behaved us just like aliens as we booked through MMT. he called his assistant to provide the specific low quality room for us as we booked through MMT. we stayed there for 3 days. they even did not pay any attention to us.no towel, no soap ,no room service, no cleaning ,no TV CONNECTION though we requested several times. the room floor were so dirty that u better use your slippers. I even dare the manager to upload the dirty pics of hotel room .instead of worring he laughed and advised us to take his photograph and upload. horrible situation. friends never book this. and MMT please do not add such hotels if you want to retain your value and customer.

Very bad hotel. One of the fraud hotel as the manager/owner first takes booking advance as deal is finl and after on time when we reach at hotel they demand more money if we argue they directly says us don't take room find another hotel. How can a person with family from other state will manage and seeing family he pays more as demanded by the hotel person. And like this they loot the customers. No one should book rooms here. So Avoid this hotel and thank me later..... For a happy trip

Your deserving nothing. Very very poor and third class room having number of cocruches.
No any kind of service level. Recently today 16.5.19 I am continue in this third class staying place on 3rd day, they have no practice even clean systeem, how we think about cleaning of rooms.
Pl don't enquire such third class staying. They said 3 star hotel. I paid in advance for 3days, so I have no option .

It's a good hotel to stay when visiting Gangtok. Near Deorali Taxi stand. Hotel staff if good. If you are looking to travel to near by places like Nathula, Baba Mandir, these guys will help you out to get the required documents and arranging the vehicle. My stay here was great Thumbs up 👍

I had a 15 people group who were heading to Lachen, Lachung & Gurudongmar. We stayed for 3 days & 2 nights. Rooms were average, but clean. Hot water in the bathroom. The only problem is they shut main gate as early as 8 pm. After that we can't go out and chill. Manager was very rude, Other 2 staffs were good.

Pleasant stay & Pocket friendly||I had a pleasant stay at this hotel . Well maintained rooms . Room service was very nice . What all a traveler needs during stay good rooms, friendly staff and quick room service. This is a power packed hotel everyone should definitely choose to stay here. Itz amazing.

Location: Just opposite of Deorali Taxi Stand, Gangtok.||||Tariff: 1000 - 2000 (you can bargain for low price)||||Food: Bengali food available (staffs are Bengali)||||rooms are specious, neat & clean. room service is available. food are good. staffs are good, but you do not see the view from the hotel. geyser available for hot hater.||||transport facility is available means if you want a car for sight seeing they can arrange. if you request they can arrange for TSOMGO Lake (Changu Lake), Nathula & Baba mandir tour and Yumthang Package.for that your 2 copy passport size photograph and any govt. identity card photo copy are required.||||by share car 'ALTO' you can reach MG Marg by Rs 25 or Rs 30
