Out of 4 hotel we are staying during my 8 days of tour, most worst experience having with this hotel. Guest caring not properly it’s like their mood , food was not good , at least we are not getting the best one quality. Even while we are check out the hotel there is no staff which is very bad , it’s like who come and out they don’t care . Only we have good experience with room it was nice really . It’s only my opinion Thank you

Room issues: Dirty rooms, stained carpets, or linens Unprofessional staff: Rude or slow customer service Poor food quality: Low-quality food or beverages Delayed service: Slow room service Unpleasant ambiance: An unpleasant first impression Unavailable facilities: The hotel advertises amenities that aren't available .🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Poor management service Unsatisfactory room service Cancellation of booking without proper intimation with the guests Non-accessible Wi-Fi connection Behavioural issues with the hotel staffs Non-availability of services mentioned in the original booking Bad food The unsafe ambience inside the hotel premises etc. •Very bad behaviour of maneger who took the responsibility of maintening the hotel.In my life hotel Silver Wood is the worst hotel in Gangtok. •My family has booked a luxury room in this hotel ,but when we arrived on the particular day they issued us normal rooms ,a very dirty bathroom,broken walls and rude behaviour. •The hotel is unsafety window are broken. •Calling the manager is outside. The manager drinks and talks in a moody way. The 1st and 2nd managers in in the hotel introduce themselves as owners and treat guests like street dogs. So before booking the hotel please take a decision after seeing this review.

The hotel we stayed at Darjeeling is no way to be compared with this hotel. Silverwood is the most perfect hotel ever. The manager here is soooo good. Idk but if you come to Gangtok, I swear , you will love this hotel. Bro even gave us some free meals 😭

Rooms are Clean and Nice Affordable Rate Kitchen is also available Important thing is The food is best quality which is rarely found in gangtok area Location also in a nice place Just beside the main road or the deorali taxi stand From here MG Marg is just 1.5 kms Most important thing is that there is a parking place

Worst hotel to stay , we had a office group meeting we booked in (package system) for 2 days after the check in we find out that there was No running water in the bathroom and it was for the entire day they took the full payment in advance and started making drama they committed a food chart which will be provided during the stay and there it was mentioned (non veg in 2 meals) but we haven't got any nonveg items during the stay for 2nd day, behaviour of the owner is very bad just after receiving the full payment on the time of check in they started showing there original behaviour, never in India I had heard that in buffet meal there is a restriction of food to be provided to the customer they make a restriction of 2 roti per person And 2pc chicken per persons While taking the booking they said they mg marg is only 500meter distance from the hotel but after reaching the hotel we came to know that it's 1.9 km distance and it will take 200rs to reach mg Marg by taxi. Very unprofessional Bad behaviour of owner Bad location Bad rooms Doesn't keep commitment The only thing they will do is take money and doesn't provide you service. Not at all recommended

This is Hotel is situated in school road near to deorali bridge. Walking distance of 2 min. The ambience is very food. Staff are cooperative and well behaved. Neat & clean rooms. Have their own restaurant. Foods quality is nice as well as tasty. View from rooms is awesome. Nothing in con section. You will not regret by opting this property for your stay at Gangtok. My experience is excellent. Recommended for all type of travellers.

Rooms were excellent....staff behaviour n service was good.... specially food was great. I would recommend this for sure at anytime even at the peak time also
