NillThis would be by far the worst staying experience at a hotel. The sheets were dirty. There were all kind of “daag” on them; we could definitely see yellow and red (rajnigandha apparently) blotches. And once the stains were successfully identified, we requested the staff to change the sheets. The staff readily got us some more dirtied sheets claiming that “white hai na daag toh rahega hi”. We endured as the payment was done beforehand. There were cockroaches roaming around, toilets were never cleaned. The headboards were dirty too. There were funny smells. Just imagine an utterly dirty hole where for some reason you spend your time. Good part: the staff helped us carry our luggages in and out. Good sense of humour. Please read other reviews, I can swear you’d laugh your heart out .

NillBelow are the most recent and true review: 1) Most cheap minded and miser hotel manager and its staff. All comment passing behind you 2) Rooms are average, dirty linen, broken geyser. 3) Every room geyser switch is present in outside the room in the corridor. So as soon as you switch on the geyser, a short height staff will come running and switch it off. 4) Restaurant foods cost is costly they dont give you printed bill, instead they will provide hand written and manipulated bill. 5) Parking is on nearby downside open road. And nearby house peoples will scold for car parking and back parking noise. 6) If you want budget hotel with good facility then go to mg marg, there are many hotels in budget with good foods in cheap price. Note: if you have own car then visit before 8AM or after 8PM in mg marg for clear parking. All shops, malls, markets, ropeway, spa resturant present in mg marg. Suggestion: dont spoil your quality time and hard incomed money in this hotel. Only go if you are in worst condition and no option.

Nill1) Its is nice hotel at prime location at NH-10 nearest to Mg marg.and fully mountain view 🏔️ 2) Staff behaviour is good and polite. 3)Specially owner help you if any issues happened. 4)Transport facility are available . 5) All amities are provided in the room. 6) Food quality is Osme... Restaurant is also there with mountain view. 7) Room service is good I'm happy to stay there 😁😊😁

NillWorst Hotel with Worst Customer Service... 1)If u book this hotel online then after reaching they will tell you to cancel the booking bcz they will give u better price. After the cancellation they will tell u low price but there will be so many hidden charges.. so they will loot you more than online site... 2) Tv in the room does not work... If u call in reception they will tell you "sir/madam 5minutes me kisi ko vej rahe hai... But no one will come... Then u will call again nd again nd they will tell you the same😂... Even TV doesnot have any proper connection... It's just there to just show off😂😂😂 3)First They will give you room on upper floor but after sometime they will tell you there have beed some mistakes... Upper room's charges are more so u have to go down floor... This is a scam actually to loot extra money from you... 4)Wifi only works on upper floor... If they send u down floor then you should forget about Wifi... Wifi will be myth then 😂 if u call on reception , don't worry again same will happen😂😂😂. Basically they don't provide any room service... But if u order food or anything which is related to money then you will get that only😂 5) Rooms r so messy and dirty... Don't go with the pictures... They were taken on the time of hotel opening... Now every room is so dirty,,,they don't even wash bedsheet or pillow covers or towels... 6) Geyser does not work and if u tell them they will tell you "sir/madam kal tak toh thik hi tha aj pata nahi q nahi chal raha...aj toh thik nahi hoga kal kar denge"😂 7) Foods r not good in quality... They r not using proper rice for fried rice or biriyani nd all... Overall the worst hotel with worst customer service...
