Do not visit this hotel ever. They are part of Sherwa group of hotels. We had a booking for that hotel and instead they have put us in this property. This hotel is 30 min away from MG Marg (main city area) and you have to rely on local taxi to reach to the main city area. Taxi fares are not fixed and getting a cab to and form this property is a huge challenge. Not suitable for family stay. Dining area for the guests is a bar and often people are found drinking when buffet meals are being served to guests. This is very uncomfortable for family traveler. Found hotel staffs drinking during lunch time. Food is pathetic and they served only alu sabji in the meals. However they charged for full meals. Uncooperative rude managers who are unreliable.

Place is outside the city, so lots of 4 wheeler cars required. Sikim government does not allow more than 4 sheets car within the city, so if you have more than 4 members then for 3 nights you will need to pay extra 4 thousands. Also don't book this hotel from Oyo because they don't allow Oyo members, so another extra harassment and there are no others hotel available, so you will need to listen there word and extra amount. Also food quality very poor and variety of foods are very less.

One star only for the excellent ambiance but very poor food quality, it will spoil your mood and the manager doesn't look after anything, our complaints are all in vain, very un cooperative.

The hotel was very good..staffs were very co operative..but i must say PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL FROM OYO..the hotel doesnt have connection with oyo..if you book this hotel from oyo then they will not accept this..i have already suffered this.so guys please dont book this from oyo....
