Nill... I and my family were impressed by the excellent service of OYO Hotel Golden Shangrila..! The staff here kept everything clean . No need to talk about the food here I think..!! Because amazing food we got here.. ! Here simple home like food is served .. which we like to eat very much..!! And anything needed like hot water, tea, coffee is brought in front of the room whenever you want . And this hotel is not to mention the beautiful behavior of the people here ...!! which impressed me and my family...! 🙏

NillWe visited this hotel in the last weeks of December. Their rooms were decent and had no heater but had extra blanket which can help u out, but we had to appreciate their service. We got best service in our trip. They made out tea whenever we ask them and they do not charge for tea. We all booked this hotel bya travel agency. Thanks a lot Hotel Shangrila for ur service

NillThis place location is easy to find. Hotel surrounding is Good. MG Market not far just 3km. from Hotel. Food is testy and nice. Room service is quick. Whatever you want staff is helpful. If you plan to budget trip then go with Golden Sanrila Hotel

NillRooms are dirty, service very poor,mattress , blankets are found torn in the room, manager of the hotel have no headache about it..he is just sitting on the sofa and watching Mobile and TV...no cleaning as well. Note**** one more thing I could complain about the hotel to booking.com as I had booked my hotel from booking.com only, When the people of booking.com contacted the hotel manager, the manager got angry with me, Why did I complain? After that when I asked him food for dinner, he said, the food has rice, dal and omelet, It doesn't eat at home. It's telling me to eat it when I'm out on holiday. Hotel manager is mentally unwell

NillI just checked in. Booked from Oyo. The rooms are good. The staff (just 1 person) We called in the reception, & asked him we will be checking in by 4pm. Yet the rooms were not prepared properly. He just set it up in front of us. We are 2 people currently. He gave us only 1 towel. We asked him that we are 2 people & will need another one. He says, 1 room - 1 towel. I have never seen such a stupid response from any hotel before. Checked in - 4:30pm 28.Nov Sometimes, it's the attitude of people that totally destroys the experience.

NillHotel is ok, but don't believe the manager regarding the car booking.If you booked car through manger he ll tell "this driver is very good he ll show every point If you take from out side they ll not show you. The last day our other guest went with this driver , they come and they are very happy and say thanks to me ". Better Asked out side regards car booking .

NillExcellently spacious and clean rooms with such a low price of 900 per night at this pick season of tourists.. Though the hotel is little away from MG Marg, the rooms and behaviour of the staffs will certainly compensate the distance.
