Sumitel Gangtok

Very nice hotel staff and management. Full of hospitality and warm gesture. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

I stayed in Sumitel Gangtok in The month of December. The hotels rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast served to us was freshly prepared. The hotel staff cooperated us with the tourist vehicle and helped us in arranging passes to changu The only disappointment I had about the washroom where foul smell was coming although the washroom was clean it could be the drain smell but this is the only issue I had. The stay and amenities were good at hotel

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I had a great experience throughout. Special mention to Puja, Usha, and Ayush from the restaurant team for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience

We had a wonderful stay at sumitel gangtok hotel overall the experience was memorable. Excellent service, food was delicious. Courteous staff specially service team ms Anushka Mukhia was Excellent, also hotel manager Sahi tshering very supportive and helpful, even front office ms Ashim also very polite thankyou all team . Would highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to visit again.

Not upto the mark, rooms were clean but there was a weird smell in the rooms as well as the bathrooms. |Hotel staff were helpful.|Food was okayish, not that great. |Situated a little far away from MG Marg. |Hotel doesn't have rooms with a view. So not really sure if the money was worth spending here in totality.

We stay at sumitel gangtok hotel with my friend. Very comfortable cozy and good room with good food views from the restaurant is breath taking many beautiful point to visit in and around gangtok . Staff are courteous and helpful thankou Ashim and entire team of sumitel gangtok . Definitely we will visit again

Sumite hotel is a best experience for 4 days. Spicaly. Miss reena bk is a very good sarvesh and carring and helpful so heard working gril also ankit is good sarvesh are all stafe is god
