The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast and dinner offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Specially “SUYOJA ma’am”. She was just amazing. The hospitality she offered was just beyond expectations 😍

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Sneha and soyuja mam... Most friendly and helpful staff ever , lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. We, 13 of us, stayed here in early Oct. Rooms are clean, decent size. We got valley view rooms. Kitchen staff were fantastic. Very kind. Accomodated all our requests, in fact chef made dishes as per our requirements and based on instructions for cooking. Excellent service. Nearby to excellent govt hospital, few of our people had visit hospital after previous day natula pass visit . Not many shops nearby. Only a small shop available for buying buscuits and fruits.

Spacious, but non air-conditioned. Good room service. Very polite helpful customer service oriented help desk and manager. No great if ur room is on floor 1. Easily locatable from roadside. Has kitchen for food orders. Reasonably priced. Quiet place Has free WiFi.

Average room size. 24 hr hot water supply. Free coffee tea saches and water boiling kettle in room. The room I stayed had no views The manager at Check in desk was very smiling, courteous, customer delight oriented person. Reasonably priced hotel.

stayed in this hotel for 4 days with my entire family and I loved it so much that when I returned home I did not sleep for 2 days and I only remembered a moment of being there. Why did I feel so surprised especially after seeing the hard work of Susmita She smiled once before doing anything or was the main fan of her smile or would like to tell all the staff of the blue berry hotel that you all are very nice and we are very pleased to meet you
