Hotel O Park Inn

Excellent management and very friendly staffs. The room was really good and clean. Food service was also good. The hotel manager helped us in booking cabs and made our travel very convenient.

But he only problem is that this hotel is in outer....... I want to give 4.5 star to this hotel but there is no any option I suggest you to must visit this hotel.....

Excellent hospitality. Food was simply awesome. Owner is very decent person. Love to stay there again if get another chance to visit Gangtok. Rooms were not big but well equipped with all the necessities. Couldn't taste Biryani due to shortage​ of time.

Hotel was good other staff was polite But this hotel manager he don't know how to talk with guests he is arrogant his way of talking is fully attitude and after 10 pm the hotel main door was closed .. listen brother we are here for visit if you close that door in 10 pm when we'll go for night out. When you ask for open the door that great manager say this is our hotel SOP after 10 pm we'll closed the door and open only in morning if you ask or force to open it. That great manager say my staff also need rest I'm getting tired bla ..... Bla ... Bla ... If u pay for room you have rights to go out and come back whatever time you want to com back. Because of this manager your hotel getting only 1 ⭐.

A must stay whenever you visit gangtok. hospitality is excellent. rooms are very well equipped and very much clean. food is good. they provide all the services possible like travel plans and local sight seeings and other adventurous activities when in sikkim.

We had all the basic facilities there. However the food menu can be improved. Most of the items displayed in the menu were not available. There are no lifts, so book accordingly if you can't climb the stairs.

The place with no facilities in hotel. No soap in washroom, no attendant to serve you. Chairs were broken. Food quality was worst. Even the street made foods were better than the hotel. They take the advantage because there are no restaurant nearby.

We had visited this hotel on the 8th of January 2018 and stayed for three days. The hotel property is very nice with warm, cozy and well furnished rooms. The staff were very polite and courteous with round the clock services. The food was excellent and finger licking good (aloo paratha is a must try!). The hospitality and welcome was excellent. Overall.. a must visit place if one goes to Gangtok.
