Hotel White Lion

Hotel is very nice. Foods were awesome as well . Had amazing view of Mt. Kanchenjunga even from our room's window. Very polite and helpful staff. Will definitely visit again.

I booked this hotel a month in advance, but despite my prior reservation, they are still not providing check-in. This is absolutely unacceptable and has been the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. The lack of organization and communication is shocking. I made sure to plan ahead and book early to avoid any issues, but it seems like that didn't matter to them. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope that they improve their management and customer service skills."

The hotel manager is very friendly and welcoming. Guided us for places to visit and a way to commute. The staff is punctual and the food is good. Location is good, near the Vajra stand and 10 mins drive away from MG Road.

Overall good hotel in the budget of 1000 per room, some facilities should be improve like cleanliness of rooms, electricity issues we have, ventilation of bathroom were connected with rooms. Anyhow we have adjusted but hope others don't have to suffer.

Nice place to stay with family. Got nice view of kanchenjunga. Food is delicious. Rooms are very clean and neat and friendly staff.

Hotel location is great. 5 mins walk to the North Sikkim and Tsomgo Lake taxi stand. Staff are helpful and the service is good too. I will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Gangtok.
