The hotel is well located and the stay is the property is value for money. The staff is very courteous and professional. The quality of rooms and linen is superb. The hotel restaurants provide best of food and spread of food is lavish. A memorable stay and would love to come back again. Will like to mention names of gm ganeshshayam he is very much responsible gm I ever seen within a month he changed a lots of things and house keeping staff also very awesome

Good hotel in Gangtok, just 5 mins from the heart of town, snacks were delicious and the hotel staff are very helpful. Organized Bday party for a friend and the staffs were kind enough to help with the decoration. Rooms were clean, provided with all the basic necessities. Overall good experience I recommend Hotel Tarcon for a homely and cozy stay.

Do not trust paid reviews. There were 12 of us in our group. The worst experience we ever had from any hospitality business. We paid more than the price mentioned in the websites. But they never mentioned that they are not providing non veg. They were not even ready to make an omelet for us. The rooms were not arranged. The towels and bedsheets were not clean. They blamed the laundry department for that. Enough soaps were not provided. The staff were not friendly enough. Coffee and tea were not provided in the rooms. TV wasn't working and they didn't even keep the remote in the rooms. The water heater was not working in the room. They don't mind anything other than receiving payment. Absolutely destroyed our vacation....

Rooms were spacious, comfortable, warm and clean. The establishment is situated next to the main road with easy access to taxis. Just a short walk from MG Marg. The restaurant provided simple but tasty food. The view of the hills and valleys from the hotel made it a great place to stay.

Awesome experience!!! Hotel Tarcon Cafeteria. Ordered a cappuccino. Relished it and further adding to the bliss is the beautiful location and was luck for it was drizzling. Enjoyed every sip…. Need to mention the lovely attitude of Nima Tsering Sherpa. Always smiling!! His attitude spreads Happiness!!
