It was a nice and affordable hotel. The view from the window was just mesmerizing. Hotel is little far from MG road but you can get shared or reserved taxi easily. Service staff were well behaved and welcoming. If you want normal homemade food just order it from this hotel in advance . Food was delicious, not that spicy and also at very reasonable price.

OYO 11630 Temi Residency is situated on the Lingding Road in Lower Sichey near the Labour Office. It is on a slope and about 1.2 kms from the main Singtam-Chungthang Road in Tadong. It is a ground+3 floors property, clean and well maintaned. One can take a share cab upto the main Singtam-Chungthang Road or walk which we found to be very pleasant and refreshing with trees and natural surrounding all across the Lingding road - a mini nature trek !||||The hotel offered free WiFi, hot water, complimentary breakfast and had an in-house dining/restaurant.The hotel provides rooms service during the day. One needs to order in advance as the food is prepared fresh and the staff needs time to prepare even at times procure items from the market. The preparation, food quality and service was good. We stayed here for 3 nights and after going through different restaurants in Gangtok preferred the food here. Both - veg & non-veg food was good. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. On a clear day the view from the Dining area is breathtaking. We had some issues with the hotel WiFi at times.The Front Desk provides assistance for cab/transport arrangements for local sightseeing. The staff were helpful and courteous.||||Overall we had a comfortable homely stay here.

Very Good Hotel. Location is 4 km from M G Marg,but taxi available for 300-400 Rs. Very good staff. Very good room service. Breakfast is good. Dinner given Very tasty.They provide curd specially for us when we asked for curd. Rooms Very spacious. Bathrooms well cleaned. Very silent place. Very suitable hotel for family. View of Himalaya is very good from hotel. better to stay here instead of M G Marg area. Must stay here when you go to Gangtok.

Really the rooms are spacious and clean and neat, We stayed in the month of December 2018. Rooms have excellent view of mountains. Staff was really polite and arrangements for sightseeing can be done through this hotel. Over all had a very good 5 days stay. Recommend to all categories of travelers.

Stay away from this property if you are looking for OYO rooms stay in Gangtok. I was on a Education trip to Gangtok for 16 days & had done booking on OYO site at this property as it happens to be close to be my University. I had booked for 16 nights, 1 to 17th May 2022 by paying advance payment of Rs. 8480 on 1st April'22 & got the confirmation mail for the same. As check-in time is 12 noon & I was reaching late night in Gangtok from Delhi, just to be sure, I had messaged through watsapp to the Hotel Manager that I would be chekin-in late. Immediately after 30 minutes I got a call from OYO mobile number and the caller informed me that there's some shortage of rooms so pay the balance amount of Rs. 15748 so that we will keep your room confirmed. Also from the same number (9711846341) I got my booking details like booking ID, Dates of stay and balance amount on watsapp. He shared the UPI ID of OYO rooms (oyorooms725@okhdfcbank) on which I made the balance amount payment through Google Pay. To my surprise when I reached this property around 8 pm, I was told that they do not have any payment confirmation of balance amount from OYO and I will have to pay the balance amount if I want to stay for 16 nights. I immediately called on the same number from which I got a call in the morning but it was switched off. I had no choice being a lady and in the different state. I requested to the property manager to let me check in and I will pay the balance amount soon. I had registered my complaint to OYO customer care and even after 3 days that number is still switched off and no confirmation about my payment yet. OYO ROOMS has there internal team of cheaters so I would recommend to not book your stay through OYO at all. KEEP AWAY FROM OYO.||I am also going to write an email to the owner of OYO Mr. Ritesh with all proofs so that he will also look into the matter seriously and innocent people may not get trapped by their frauds.

Excellent place to stay in when you to get away from the busy hustle of the city. Good staff and owner is awsome. Food won't be up to your expectations, but surely anyone can manage. My room was quite big 20x20 ft and the washroom was equally big and clean.

If you want to enjoy a countryside stay and want to avoid the horn and siren of urban Gangtok with a splendid scenic beauty . Pro: away from city life ,room is king-size good outside view 2) excellent support staff 3) best place for morning Jogging 4) VERY CIST EFFECTIVE Cons : no walkable reach out place to shop or even eat. So you ve to depend on hotel. They will arrange cab to go everyplace in Gangtok and surrounding area. 2) kitchen service to be improved 3) No newspaper Rituraj you are special and keep it up

This place is slightly outside the city but you get share taxis easily. The hotel is a simple one, with a decent room size, clean rooms, and a bathroom. The staff is very good, they prepare food, which is homely and tasty.
