Hotel Himalaya Gangtok

We stayed at Hotel Himalaya, Gangtok for 2 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms are top-notch in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and design—definitely great value for money. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more memorable. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The in-house restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of options. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gangtok!

Hotel management was worst ever I had seen ever. They receive extra money from the tourist. Food taste was not good and the rate of Food is very much high. Location of hotel is far away from the city. I requested you to not vist the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Gangtok and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to MG Road, making it convenient to explore the city's main attractions. The view from the rooms is breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains and landscapes. The food at the hotel was another highlight of my stay. Each meal was delicious, with a great variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. Overall, this hotel is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Gangtok. The combination of excellent service, prime location, beautiful views, and delectable food made for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay at HOTEL HIMALAYA GANGTOK was truly memorable! The hospitality was top-notch from the moment we arrived, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary tea service. Also the hotel owner, Kalzang, needs a special mention as he went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. His warm and welcoming nature, along with the very attentive and friendly staff, made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean and offered stunning views. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the area. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, dedicated staff, and the extra care and attention from the owner Kalzang!
