Cilantro Comfort

The Hotel Cilantro is a very well managed business, with latest accesories and new building construction making everything just perfect.|The Breakfast and Dinner buffet options were good and served well. A very welcoming and pleasant staff makes your stay comfortable and complete (only to make you feel come back). Especially, the two chirpy and very hardworking restaurant girls, ROSHNI and KHUSHI from the restaurant were indeed a lovely to chat with, while they catered to our every request, when asked for. The lovely nature of the Cilantro Comfort employees' (reception, restaurant, security, housekeeping) just made our stay and experience more enjoyable and fulfilling. For the location, service and infrastructure this is a definite recomendation and a go to Hotel. Moreover, the entire Sikkim speaks lovely and fluent Hindi so we never felt like a stranger. Love the people 💕 of Sikkim for their warm and lovely nature.

It was a pleasure and comfortable stay in Cilantro Comfort in Gangtok. The place was very elegant and the all the staff members were very warm and awesome. The food was tasty n yummy. We met Khushi n Roshni who work in restaurant, they are very hardworking and lovely girls. All the very best to them. May God bless them a successful life ahead. Thanks to all the working staff in Cilantro Comfort for making are stay a memorable one. We'll visit soon again 😊👍

The hotel truly impressed me with its exceptional hospitality and mouthwatering food. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The dining experience was equally remarkable—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a place that gets both service and cuisine so right. Highly recommended!

An Amazing Stay at Cilantro Comfort! This stay was truly wonderful! The location has great connectivity to Gangtok city, making travel super convenient. The host is incredibly sweet and helpful—we wanted a better view of the mountains, and she kindly arranged a beautiful room for us with a stunning view. The food is absolutely delicious, and the hospitality is top-notch. If you're planning to leave early, the kind hotel staff will even pack breakfast for you to take along. Easily one of the best stays we've ever had—highly recommended!

Beautiful hospitality with an always on smile. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The view outside from the room window (# 302) was awesome. The complimentary breakfast was wholesome and filling. All in all a rating of 4.5. 0.5 is deducted for providing only one clothes hanger in the wardrobe for 3 adults. 😩😩😩😩

I would like to profusely thank Mr. Prasant Rai, front office staff of Cilantro Comfort Gangtok, for going above and beyond his duty and taking great pains to have the two hoodie jackets (belonging to my wife and 12-year-old son that we had inadvertently left behind at the hotel room) returned to my home all the way to other end of the country -- Goa. My son was delighted to get back his jacket as was my wife. The thoughtfulness, honesty, kindness, and professionalism of Mr. Prasant Rai are to be truly appreciated. He is a shining example of excellent customer service. I'm grateful and will definitely recommend Cilantro Comfort Hotel.

Hotel Cilantro Comfort is the best hotel that you can find in Gangtok. The rooms are clean, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The view is great - you can see the beautiful sunrise if you are up early in the morning. Hot water is available in every room, which should be in such a cold climate. The food is amazing, and the buffet is surprisingly priced low if you compare it to other 4-star hotels. Enjoyed our stay at Cilantro Comfort and would surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gangtok.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Cilantro Hotel Gangtok from 10th to 12th June 2025, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff members made us feel welcome and at home. The front desk team was efficient, courteous, and ensured a seamless check-in process. Our room was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The food at Cilantro Hotel was simply outstanding! The buffet spread was diverse, and the dishes were expertly prepared. The chef took great care to accommodate our dietary preferences, and the service staff were attentive and friendly. What truly sets Cilantro Hotel apart, however, is its exceptional hospitality. Every staff member, from the housekeeping team to the restaurant staff, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. *Highly Recommended!*
