Hotel Meraki

The place was clean and cosy, so I loved it quite a lot. Although it’s close to the highway, I could even work within my room. The staff and the owners were more than friendly, always had a smile for me and gave me the feeling of being at home away from home. Breakfast was very tasty and they helped me with finding directions, booking tickets or getting the laundry done. I will definitely come again and can only recommend the Hotel.

My experience was not what I expected. After going through the reviews i thought it would be a good choice but the owner(idk her name) seemed like she was all eager to chase us away. I booked a room to celebrate my birthday with my friends and the said amount to be charged was 1800. In order to not make the room dirty i along with my friends just cut the cake and went outside to celebrate. The staffs were very good i even shared some bhujia with them and we got along very well. While leaving the hotel the staffs were directed to charged 2000 from me by their owner and i paid the said amount since without making it any big issue. Since the beginning I told the owner about the situation and told her that few of my friends would come just to cut the cake and and would clean the room (i did clean the room). Overall it is a good hotel, my experience was not that bad...it's just that it was not what I expected. The owner was neither rude nor kind...she just was not very welcoming

We were so lucky to be able to stay at Meraki. Yangtsola and Award are the most gracious hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome - took us around Gangtok and involved us in traditional Buddhist festivities. The place itself was fantastic! Extremely clean and very well curated. We highly recommend them and their hotel!

It was a home away from home, one of the finest places I’ve ever stayed. The hosts were very nice people and quite helping, Ms Yangtsola Lama helped us arrange taxis for North Sikkim at reasonable prices and helped us at every step. Room service was tremendous and the staff was very polite. Food was exactly like how we get at home. Prices for the stay were absolutely justified! A 10/10 stay. A very big Thank you to the owner and staff :)

Our stay in Hotel Meraki was Very Very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and one of the biggest reasons is our stay at Hotel Meraki. Very conveniently located, in-front of the taxi stand, Very clean place(home like).The staff was good and the owner was very accommodating and ensured our stay was hassle free.The breakfast was also very good too. I will be recommending this place to all my friends as well. Good Hotel at a very reasonable price with excellent services. Thank you Hotel Meraki…

The room was very clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were nice and very polite. Yangtsola and Award went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gangtok. Both the hosts are very friendly and helping. She waited for us till late night as we were late for check in due to traffic. She even upgrade our room that was very sweet of her. Award is an interesting person to have a conversation with. The pork they cook is a must try.

Owner of the Hotel Miss Yang is very friendly and polite. She will guide you correctly for anything you ask. Amazing staff & you will feel just like home. Very well decorated rooms. You will feel home each minute of your stay❣️😊. Must go.

Had a very very pleasent stay at Hotel Meraki. The hosts Yangtsola and her partner were super awesome and sweet. They always ensured that the guests were comfortable which made us feel more special🥰🥰 Was overwhelmed by their warmth. Their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. 🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏 Not to forget the super healthy, tasty home cooked food. 🤤🤤Love you guys😍😍
