Hotel Nirvana Inn

Please don't book rooms at this hotel online. Since I booked a room online. And after reaching the reception, the manager denied providing the room. However I have shown him all the booking details, but he neither allowed me to check in, nor gave me my money back. He just told me to contact my booking site. He was so rude

1. The receptionist was a very rude man. 2. Rooms very unclean. There were gutka spit marks on the walls and worse of all, our room had dead cockroaches in. 3. We were denied from ordering our dinner and had to order online. In short, I would not recommend anyone to stay in this specific hotel. The receptionist was very unprofessional, the rooms were unclean and the service was non existent.

Tadong has some really great hotels. Nirvana is a newer hotel in this category. My experience here was not entirely a happy one. On one side they have a really amazing staff. They are heads on heals into making your stay a happy one.. but the manager here was not at all polite. The room that was allotted to us first wasn't a decent one, with some facilities not at all present. On being asked to change the room, the manager in specific rudely behaved with us, saying we have booked the rooms at meagre rates, we should be happy with what we got. But who is at fault, and why was this brought up? Why did you put such rates on MakeMyTrip on the first instance? Anyways, on repeated asking, and the interference of the assistant manager, we got a better room on the second day. Except for the manager and some poor maintainance of the accessories in the rooms, the stay was a good one. Thanks to the other staff. They do have a Vegetarian Restaurant that serves very Homely food at very affordable prices.
