Hotel service is good. The location is nice. It was nice to be near the market area. Hotel breakfast, lunch overall food is good and delicious. Room service, cleanliness and staff behavior is good. Specially we got good cooperation from Mr. Pravin and other colleagues in the restaurant. Our entire family is satisfied with their service. We are happy to say that staying at your hotel for two days was one of the best experiences of our trip.. Once again nice to meet & visit your hotel family.. Thank you..

Rooms were nice and clean. But restaurant services are pathetic. Food options are limited and overpriced for items on offer. On one of the occasions I had called up the restaurant for a simple cup of tea at 4 pm and the lady from the other end said that tea will not be available before 6 pm. However, there is a person called Mr. Milon Som. He is very helpful and assisting. Location is great. Very near the MG Marg and few stairs up the Pantaloons. Overall, good location, clean rooms, but poor service especially the restaurant service.

They have a great service Rooms were great and well maintained. Staffs were well behaved and very friendly Hotel infrastructure was pretty cool and allover it was a nice experience at this hotel Sujal was the great staff we met at the whole hotel and praveen was also one of the best staffs amongst all ..he was very nice and well behaved and friendly

Sharing my opinion after staying 2 nights 3 days in Magpie Mall Road Residency through make my trip App. Needs to be Rectify: 1. No intercom in the room. You have to call them over personal phone for any requirement. 2. Food price is too much high as compared to outside. 3. Room price vary to standard/ Delux/ Super Delux Rooms but I could not find any difference between standard/ Delux/ Super Delux Rooms, only a very small size difference. Overall Rooms & their hospitality is very good. Serving Food quality is very good. Helping from Mr. Pravin and Mr. Manjil is no doubt appreciated. Thanks to all who read this Review. Recommended for staying there. Thank you @Magpie Team.

Location wise it is good. Rooms are spacious and well laid. Breakfast choice is simple but well cooked. Food is good. Rooms and washrooms needs maintenance as well upgradation. Housekeeping needs to improve. But it is recommended
