Worst hotel ever! The bedsheets and blankets had blood spots on it! Even the ones they claimed were newly washed had stains on it! The washrooms were hideous! We complained that there was no water to even use the flush, and the hotel management said use the water from the buckets! Even the taps didn't have any water!! PATHETIC experience!!!

I booked this hotel through OYO and my booking was confirmed and payment done 1 month before the checkin. Upon arrival I was denied accomodation and although the issue was resolved(*without any compensation) by OYO but staff behaviour was pathetic. Pictures shown are not true and rate is extremely high. There are many good hotels nearby and I stayed in Hotel Galaxy. Just around 50m from there. There are other hotels also according to the price. The staff is fraud in hotel Pema Dzong. I would have given negative rating if possible. Plus never book through OYO, if you did cancel it, many people have requested OYO to blacklist them.

That's the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Got a room in ground floor which was next to a liquor shop and the window wasn't closing properly so had to bear the irritating smell. Moreover there were problem for almost everything water, electricity, wifi--basically for all the basic necessities. Manager was not at all cooperative. Electric switch points were also not working properly. Only good thing is that it's very close to MG Marg and Tasi view point. So one can explore main gangtok market and places nearby without any hassle.

Third grade hotel. No facilities except parking. Major problem is hotel management are non cooperative.

I have travelled during winter with my family to Sikkim & decided to stay at this hotel at the last minute. The hotel is very beautiful with very cordial & humble staff. Services especially travel desk is fabulous. We could travel & visit different places despite temp being 3 to 4 C & with my old father. The hospital offers a very good fodd, too.
