This is one of the worst hotel where we were not able to get one simple room after looking 4 rooms on multiple floors. This is such a big hotels with lots of rooms but there are not able to maintain even one single room Floor tiles were broken, bathroom and rooms are having damp. Rooms are always noisy. Receptionist was rude and misbehaved because we complained. No management. TV was not working. Blanket was like bed sheet and that's also torn. This is like worst experience and we have to leave hotel before our official check outm please do not go for this though it is showing cheaper

Worst experience for me I went to visit gangtok but this hotel gave me all the bad experience, look the other reviews as well before booking this hotel , I was in hurry so I didn't check that before , Rooms are dirty , tiles are broken , geyser are not working , bathroom taps are broken and not working phone is also not working you need to go to reception everytime , management is here only for taking money, even after complaints they are telling go and complain wherever you want . We told him to atleast refund some money but they denied so writing all this Do not book this hotel if you do not want to ruin your trip and memories

Rooms are not modified.. Gyser are not working for room no 105, 106. Multiple Rooms Lights are not working. LIFT facility stuck Room views are not proper as they 'claimed' them view room. Room service are not given properly.. As we makes request of something but the product is delivered after 2-3 hours In between this time we have to request to them minimum 4-5 times.. Every time this situation is happened. Please don't try foods.. It was also a worst 👎 experience.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed. Dirty, dusty , smelly rooms. With dirty bed sheets. Toilet want clean. Not recommended.

It was a good experience. The food served in the hotel was so amazing. The staff and chefs were polite and kind. My family and me felt like a home because of the kind way the staff has served us. Thank you for this wonderful service.
